The troll might well be a wee ned (I'm pretty sure that translates as chav, but less Burberry and more tracksuit with baseball cap at 45 degree). In which case putdowns will be good practise for you all on the 30th.
PureDeadDopey will perhaps make sure the next lingo lessons are adequate putdowns (that we can put on a public forum).
Oh, wedding RSVP and birthday cards got in the way of NSD 3.
You must teach me in the ways of organising NSD's!
Though, as I paid the CC off at the beginning of the month, there's not much left so NSD's toward the end of the month should get easier.

Hi everyone
Friday was another NSD for me so that takes me up to 7 - thanks for updating our scores Spoon; unfortunately the motorbike needed filling up with petrol earlier, so today was a spend day.D'ya know..in all this time, I'd never realised you were on a different Daylight setting? But that's great cuz it means you can get our seats saved in the pub! I'll give you one of my arran knit cardis & it'll cover at least 470 chairs! This is looking even better, especially now Chris can be our very own biker escort
What do you have Chris? I fell in love with a bee-you-tee-full Kawaski 990 back in the day...still remember the exact shade of green; verging on citrus but still not completely lime...haaaaaaaaaaaaaa:o Have to say that I do prefer an engine to SOUND like an engine as opposed to a sewing machine & positively drool when I hear an old school Triumph for instance, or a Chevvie block in a 4-wheeled vee-hickle. There is something just so magical about the gentle heartbeat of a Harley ticking over at the lights, before that glorious roar when the throttle opens. Oooh! I've gone all goose-pimply now :T
BigMumma - I've got a Honda Hornet - it makes a beautiful sound, but if I had a garage one of the bikes I'd have in there (including a pristine Kawasaki ZXR750 and a '94 Triumph Speed Triple and a ...) would be a Buell - they've got Harley engines in them and look and sound amazing. Anyway, I'd gladly provide a motorcycle escort; and normally I'd wear my kilt at the drop of a hat - unfortunatley, motorbikes and kilts don't mix ...:money: Proud to [STRIKE]be dealing with[/STRIKE] have dealt with my debts! :money:

Chris81418: My Dad has an old Yamaha AS1 (original 1971 model) which needs tarting up as it's been in the shed since I was born (nearly 40 yrs:eek:). He was going to do it himself but just hasn't got round to it. I'm looking to sell it, wish I could ride a motorbike.Life is knowing which bridges to burn and which bridges to build!

Hope your hubby is feelig better and am well-jel of your SitC day - sounds like heaven!cant sleep ATM as Im on steroids for Crohns disease.
Ah Jintyb you have my sympathy. Certainly don't want to experience Crohns but I could perhaps do with a dose of Steroids to help my lazyitus. I suffer with it shocking you know. As for your other OH hope he is getting better soon - I once had earache so bad that I banged my head against the wall for some relief and cried down the phone to NHS Direct!!! Sounds ridiculous but I was DESPERATE. I was lucky it hadn't effected my balance though - now that is nasty.

Hi everyone
The troll seems to have scurried back under its bridge again - think we scared it off with talks of taking it to Glasgow with us!!!!
Love the posts today, they are getting more surreal by the moment - keep it up everyone!!!
Well done to the following for new NSDs:
jintyb: I think you got up just as I went to bed yesterday - I can’t sleep either at the moment:(:(...... and yes, we are getting a real community spirit on here, it’s great!Well done for no 5 - you’re doing brilliantly!:j You can get loads of cheap cafetieres now, hope you managed to find one - oh, just saw that you did, well done!
Oh no to OH and the ear infection,:( hope he’s on the mend very soon.

Little Mis-spent: hello and welcome back, we missed you.:).. Well done for getting to no 3:j and for the bargain meal on Wednesday. Like the planning ahead for Xmas pressies as well. Oh and, yes, the tartan material is lovely, isn’t it???;)
nicca: what phenomenal willpower to avoid spending in Ikea - well done - and wooohoooo - no 2 for you!!!:j Oh dear to not getting no 3 though, but I still think you did well to avoid spending in Ikea, so I think we can let you off for today:)
pure dead dopey: well done for keeping to the shopping budget yesterday - that’s some achievement!!!Hope you enjoyed the lunch today and thanks for the great vocabulary - looking forward to the test. Ohh, just a thought... could you provide us with some suitable phrases to use for any trolls visiting us on here... something completely unintelligible would be great!!!;) Yay for the update - no 6 for you now:j
karenccs67: well done to you for no 6.:j Hope you had a great day with you SATC DVDs:) - never really got into that programme myself
slowlyfading: wow, you’re on a roll now, no 8 - think that’s 8 in a row now - well done.:j My fingers are, however, getting a bit cramped from keeping them crossed for you, please can I uncross them now?;)
3Dogs: well done for no 7:j... and doubly well-done for zapping that bloomin’ troll:j
LadyfromVenice: well done to you for no 5:j..... got some dancing smileys for you below ... and, as Numpty says, trolls do not make good pets, they’re very slimey and smelly:(..
chris81418: wow, you’re doing brilliantly - no 7:j .... to the bike needing filling up, but I think that’s probably less than I had to pay to fill my car on Thursday... haven’t got over the trauma of that yet..... oooh... motorbike and kilt... that’s an interesting sounding combination;)
katholicos: well done to you for no 3 :j- you’re not doing badly at all, you’ve still got 20 days left to go, lots more potential there. Keep coming back here, you’ll get lots of encouragement from us all:T

Tixy: what an ace troll-buster you are - thanks..:A
niddy: you’re right, Tixy is a star:T
skaps: if you’re putting a bet on for OH and you have separate budgets, then you can count Saturday as an NSD.I’m intrigued though, what were you doing to get chucked out of the betting shop?:p
manic cow: tut tut... needlessly spending.... you need to come on here a bit more often and have your **** kicked a bit, I think:p...... Keeping my fingers crossed for you for Sunday. Well done for your win today:)
anonymoose: oh dear to horse:(.... here’s hoping for lotto win tonight. If you win, yours is the first round, you know - just thought I’d warn you!!!:) Oh dear about thanking the troll.... I’ve done that as well:o
