Yes true, it is. CD's, two books all very easy reading. Lots about the culture, which puts loads in context. The course book was Colloquial Italian .
The drawback for me was that you had use headphones/mic for tutorials, which is understandable, to learn a language you need speak it. But time, space and undisturbed tutorial time wasn't happening in this house !
In moments of renewed enthusiam I pick it up and start gesticulating, but I would love to go to an evening class and learn it face-to face.DC.

Oh I can empathise with that DC - I have a hard time getting time and space to read my course books at the moment! Wonderful summer holidays....

I hope you get a chance to learn one too, I read if you learn Italian Spanish is easier and then French is easier from there. I'd love to be one of those multi lingual people !DC.

Hi im back busy day today visiting friends it was great good for the soul, hope all is well tired now lol.. put the washing out i was tempted to think it would rain but then it picked up so ive put it back out
