:hello: Morning girlies!!

Sun is shining yay!! :j:j:j

Have just spent half an hour on the phone to PayPlan going through the last bits of planning for my DMP which will now start officially on 16th July !! Feeling tons better about delegating the whole debt thing, it really give me one less thing. Apparently they have a website where you can keep track of your payments and how much is being sent to who etc etc its awesome but I think that will probably become my next OCD :rotfl:

I'm trying really hard to relax and plan my life a bit better. The stress of deadlines for OU and worrying when payday is etc is just silly I've decided so I'm going to take it all in my stride. Its much easier to do while the sun is out because chilling in the sun reading Uni stuff is much more fun that doing it inside looking out!!

Speaking of which, I'm going to take doggles out because she's driving me mad barking her head off at nothing and then I shall be found reclining on the patio!!

Is pay plan the free dmp company? Physio was painful yesterday hotness aside I felt like I had been chastised ! Back is well I don't know I will do my excersises and see how it gets on ... I bet your glad all assignments are done. Good luck with catching up on ou work. I've only just woken up :-/

PayPlan is one of the free ones - I chose them coz one of the guys on the without a paddle thread is with them and has had such a positive experience. Got to say, they've been brilliant with me, always calling when they say they are going to, no waiting around. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for an appointment with CCCS or over 2 months to get in at the CAB whereas PayPlan called me back within a day. So big difference!

Next assignment isn't due for another month so thats a bit of a relief - got an estimated 7 hours reading to do for that one though :eek:

True, I went with payplan originally way back when and was with them for two years - they really are fab in many ways and was the best thing I ever did. After a couple of years however they started making late payments and even missed some, I think perhaps this was the start of the recession and debt crisis - their caseloads doubled etc and I just couldn't get hold of anyone or for anyone to call back (which was unusual for them I must say) so in the end I decided to start making the agreed payments directly myself and all has been fine more or less. Payplan really will help you get on your way and I know that there must be a great weight lifted off your shoulders now that you have done it!!

I'm trying to decide on a course to start in September at local college, or maybe i'll do an OU like you True...hmmm, guess it's just weighing up the difference in costs etc.

Just heard the weather forecast - gorgeous sunshine but high pollen count boo so I'm off to invest in some Benadryl - nothing will stop me enjoying my sunshine !! Did you give in and get on the lounger Happy?

Choc - I heard lots of stories like yours about PayPlan a couple of years ago, but like you say I think it was just down to a massive increase in the number of people needing their help but now they're used to it they seem to have pulled their socks up! So far, its been such a relief - and their online thingy is really handy, not even having to speak to someone its brilliant !

Have you already got a degree Choc? If not, you might be able to get an OU course funded. They have a tool on their website if you want a look, will try and find the linky for you in a mo.

Think I might pop and see my Dad in a bit see if he's got any work that I can do to earn a few quid to put in the car fund. Plus he's been away at Le Mans last weekend (jammy git!) so I need to go and do the dutiful daughter thing and look at the photos oh and its Father Day this weekend isn't it?

Right, off to do some reading with DB, then take him to school and come home and plug into intravenous coffee :rotfl: xxx
