Im back from Scallywags-had to walk back in buckets of rain, and now have heartburn.
    Im in for Sandy tonight.
May you be well, may you be free from fear, may you be free from suffering
    .
Baby must want something because that made me bawl...all the horrid things coming out just put things into perspective.
PP lots of light in your direction too.

Im going to try to tackle my desk just now so will be putting my lappy down until I can see the top of my desk. But just before I do, can I add some goodness to the thread...I have a friend who I met on MSE who had a miscarriage in early december-she knew I was trying and was hugely supportive. Her MC happened two weeks before I found out I was pg and she was genuinely happy when I got my positive. Ive been feeling so guilty about it and we've not spoken too much about the pregnancy-but she called me today to let me know she is preggies :T

I've read what LW said re visualisation and will do my best to join in too but this is all very new to me! I'll be doing my bit at 9.00 too and will say a prayer for her beforehand. Life is so unfair sometimes :(.

    LadyL, you're so lovely xxx

Polkadot, that's lovely news about your friend.

ETA Mumof2 We all have phobias about something, I have one about drips which can be a pain when im in hospital! I often can't sleep at night so if you need to chat while your DH is away or if anyone at all needs to chat just pm me

    Emzy
, that must be really scary and I can understand how scared you are. Have you seen your GP?

Mumof2 - I don't do vomit. When OH was away and I thought one of the kids was going to upchuck I was planning on moving into the playhouse until he returned, I could not clear it up. You will be fine but you need a plan for if the worse happens - who could come and help?

Going to tidy up from dinner, get DS3 in the bath and clean the bathroom whilst he is in there.

I have to say it's testing my creativity thinking of responses to send back, but she obviously needs us. Possibly easier than sharing how she feels with people she knows.

That's a fantastic description - I'll let Sandy know that at 9pm regardless of whether she is awake or asleep, there will be lots of healing and supportive energy heading her way. If you want your name on the list, let me know... (I dread to think what anyone looking at her texts must think...)
Obviously I'll be on the case at 21:00. But as you probably know, I have to stop what I'm doing and rest frequently, so I'm going to be using those rest periods over the coming days to fire a few more mental arrows at the wretched tumour.

Couldn't have put it better, LameWolf. Will be joining in at 9pm - only have black or white candles, but may just use the black one (banishing negative things).

Greenbee thanks again for keeping us updated. What an awful shock for Sandy - sending her loads of hugs and coping vibes. I hope she has people around her that she can lean on.
    .
Black is fine - as I said, do what seems right to you.:o I've never been one for "the ritual has to be done like this and any deviation is wrong."
    [puts hand up sheepishly]

Could I perhaps suggest that after Sandy's special time, we all turn our attention to all the flyladies that need our thoughts? Sort of take the energy we've accumulated and send it to everyone?

It reminds me of the metta bhavana - loving kindness - meditation - which is the way I will be thinking of it tonight.

May you be well, may you be free from fear, may you be free from suffering.

[blushes as never mentioned spiritual stuff in public before]

Brilliant thought, Jojo; I was going to ask LadyL if she'd think it cheeky of me to wallop a few good vibes her way while I'm at it; but yes, let's gather up all the good stuff and spread it wherever it's needed.:)

Mumof2 I sympathise - I'm totally useless with human bodily stuff, too. Weird, I can deal with canines, no problem. Can't offer you a solution, but know that you're not alone.:o
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Should we be worrying about you as well.....are you ok? x
Paying it forward, LL? I bet I'm not the only person here who has had a lovely message from you when waiting for test results to see whether we were OK.

You don't owe anything, I am sure that the good you have done for others is far more than you realise already!

Jojo Thanks.....now that did nearly make me cry xx

toots Before I forget....have a wonderful time with AnW's & hope you enjoy yourself on Sunday xxx

ETA: Thanks LW I will happily accept all the help I can get x

Many thanks Emzy81, Dusty and Lame Wolf - I actually deleted the post after as it seems a bit selfish with everything else that's going on. I've just got to get over it I think. I won't have anyone to help when DH is away, but I'll survive I'm sure :).

By the way, I don't think we have any candles - is that OK or can I just imagine something destroying that awful tumour without candlelight?

and JoJo thanks for the pm, nice to know people care, suffered from depression and have no friends now (how pathetic i know) but have a lovely OH :) and its nice to meet so many caring people on this thread.
Caring vibes will be going out to Sandy and all the others that need them (i will be trawling through the threads this evening)

I'll be in with the visualisation for Sandy. Have seriously lost touch with my spirituality over the past year so I'm a bit out of practice, and I beleive this is the perfect time to reconnect with the goddess aswell as helping a fellow flylady.

I dont have any candles at the moment, but I will set out various crystals and my guardian fairy on my altar to help me focus i think.

    Hurrah!

I have filletted the salmon (I'm getting very good at that) but what I'm hurrahing about is that I have just successfully boned my first ever chicken! (I bought a whoopsied one from Mr. T to practise on before attacking the duck, guinea fowl and other chicken tomorrow!).

The wonders of you tube with the marvellous videos on just about how to anything...

~And yes, the removed bones are now in a pot on the hob making stock.

Off to say a celebratory hello to Gordon..
