I'll be with you at 9pm too..not sure I'm very good at the proper visualisation thing but I'll be thinking hard..

I dont know Sandy, but I am so sorry for her, thats awful news, I have lit a candle for her and will join in with the visualisation.

I didnt get much done today as I had family round and my back is really painful, but I did manage level 1 so dont feel too bad about it.

Hi Everyone, I’ve just caught up with the thread and the awful news from Sandy.

My thoughts are with her and her family.

Wednesday ~ Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
Level One
Level Two
Clear any clutter from desk
Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!! (baby wipes are fantastic for this!!)
Level Three
Clean the brushes/dust box/filters on the vacuum cleaner!!!!
Thursday ~ master bedroom and landing
Level One
Strip bedding, wash sheets and remake the bed.. BEFORE BEDTIME!!
Level Two
Sort through one cupboard of clothing
Level Three
Friday ~ Childrens pits, spare or neglected rooms!
Level One
Strip, wash and replace bedding one done one left
Level Two
Level Three

other jobs to get done.

• sort stuff for tip
• check fridge in garage still works to put on freecycle
• measure radiator cover to put on freecycle
• put washer on freecycle
• put cot on freecycle
• go to b&q buy gloves, shelves and brackets, lawn sand, guttering,

Right I did 5 mins and it felt powerful - I sent white light energy over to the hospital bed for Sandy and it met the other energy and light sent over by you

didnt do the visulisation thing, but i did say a few hail marys for sandy. my continued thoughts and prayers are with her and her family in this tough time.

I have joined in as best I can - I did 15 minutes, 10 mins for Sandy and 5 for all the rest of the flybabies. I stared into our roaring fire, and imagined the tumour being destroyed. It did feel good, and I hope that we can at least let Sandy know that we are all with her, and wish her love and healing. Such an awful thing to have happened.
