I've done the 4th and final coat.:j i've washed the roller and brushes so can't do the ceiling until the roller's dry. If i do any more today it'll be glossing. I've just made a chilli and i'm not moving until i need to put the rice on.:p

Well done holly. I'm sure it'll be well worth the effort.

Just finished cleaning the bedroom. I've decided I don't have the energy to turn the mattress, so I've hoovered it and am leaving it to air before I remake the bed. The floor could probably do with a wash, but I'll do that when I do the rest of the upstairs floors.

Think I might find my list...

They always have been - lots of postgrads (frequently from the US where they were on sports scholarships) get places to do things like land economy or SPS/PPE and just happen to be good at rowing ;) Even the really good undergrads rarely make it to the blue boat and have to make do with places in Goldie/Isis, so that's really the race to watch...

When I was there they called them dipsh1ts (dipsocs) because they always arrived miraculously to do a "diploma in social studies" and obv. weren't so bright :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:though sure some of them are.

Making very, very slow progress on the bedroom... I am so not motivated :( Why can't I just sit on the sofa and eat chocolate??

Because when you meet the unattached man of your dreams, you want to (eventually, when you are married, of course) show him a tidy bedroom.

Well done, Holly I am on coat 1, only two walls done, cutting in takes an age.
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
