:hello:Hello bevan840 and good luck for the May challenge, hope you make it.
Can I declare £293.22 for April please from my GC of £300
On top of the £6.78 saving my budget was £100 less than usually spend so I reckon all in all a good month. :j
Can I go for £300 again for May please. Have decided to stick to same budget this month but will hope to reduce it the month after if manage to come under again.
Have noted that we hardly threw any food away as well this month. Just the pork that was rancid (not my fault) and a very mushy cucumber that I found in the bottom of fridge. Any left over’s have been bagged and frozen instead of getting binned.
Wishing everybody luck for May.MARCH £62.38/2500 -

April is ending at c£40 over target. On the positive side I have 16 half price elmwood chickens in the freezer. If I was any good at the whole rubber chicken thing we could live for the next six weeks on them. I have 7 other roasts in the freezer. In theory we could have Roast Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday with rubber meals in between for the next two months. My name is Hex2 and I am a freezer hoarder
.
I probably should reduce my target this month but I have yet to make it so please Mrs M will you put me down for £450 for May
Thanks as always everyone for the support and encouragement - but especially Mrs M, Rosieben and Pinkwinged for their hard work.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0 -
