    Morning all:)
Woken up by ds at 6.15 which was good as I forgot to set my alarm.
Showered using free products which I get sent to test:)
Did laundry, emptied dishwasher, strained off and froze chicken stock, made packed lunches, took kids to playscheme. THey are excited as they are visiting the rugby ground today.
going to watch the rest of BIG LOVE whilst writing wedding evening invites, then start listing things on ebay. Also need to update my C.V.
Friend coming round in the morning as she needs help with some techie stuff;)

Just had delivery of a new bed for ds as a reward for being dry at night for quite a while now :)

Got a nice bowl of treats for the chickens, who are as productive and antisocial as ever:)

Going to spinning class at 12.30, then tanning myself in one of those booths in preparation for the wedding.

Back home to do more ebaying (decided this is ebay day) then when I have fetched kids will have HM cake and a cup of tea as a snack, then make aubergine curry for tea.

Off to have my second dose of proper coffee now, and finish these invites - HM by OH - yet another of his hidden talents!

Smiles, sunshine and coffee to you all:)

I got a wall cupboard today!!:T Just need the doors for the shower (not fitted yet as the floor has to be done first). The loo and sink are here now and sitting in the shed awaiting fitting. Bit of a mess but it will be worth it when it's all done.

Morning all :hello: ... Just a quick one from me ... Good to see you back and comparatively healthy, LivingInHope ... Hope the little one's OK, thriftlady ... I'm seeing the solicitor at lunchtime to process my ID, as I don't trust it to the postal service ... It's "bin day" where I live, and my de-junking in the small hours of Sunday night had produced 2 carrier bags full of recyclable paper and one big black sack of rubbish :D ... Tonight I'll be trying to get off work on time, go home and get at least 2 loads of washing done ... Right, I must be off ... I need to get on the Royal Opera House website and book some tickets for some shows next winter ... (members' priority booking opens in a few minutes) ... It'll be a cheap one this time ... There are only 3 shows I want to see, and if I go for my favourite standing-room tickets I should be able to get the whole lot for £25 :D ... Bye for now ... Rzl xx

:hello: :hello: Morning all...........((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))) to those who need them.....

Busy day ahead, have GC coming tomorrow so need to make fruit in jelly, spag bol sauce, carrot cake and bread.... that should keep me going for a bit.........

Sun has just appeared, but there is a breeze...........in a bit of a grump this morning, I was in yesterday, the postman came and shoved a card through the door telling me I had a registered letter..... he never rang the bell I would have heard him gggggggrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr now I have to go over to the other side of the city to collect it, tried to get through on the phone for them to redeliver it, engaged, its on 0845 number..... so only tried once. Last month telephone bill had a charge of £1.40 on it for a call to an 0870 number which did not have a get round number.......... not a happy bunny, put my monthly bill up to £16.00. I have free calls on my mobile but not to premium numbers and 1899 charges the same for those numbers too..........rant over......

Right I am off for my top up of caffine and to start my cooking marathon, by the way the liver and sausage casserole was delish last night, cooked enough liver to freeze a portion, so will only need to put either bacon or sausage with it.....

Take care, all of you and have a good day..............

    hello again,
must apologise to thriftlady who came before me for not asking about dd, hope she is better now, i was so busy thinking about kyle my dd not getting any sleep
Please, please don't apologise Twink:) Actually the reason I haven't posted much on the daily thread was because I felt I was being rude by not acknowledging everyone's post. I really appreciate those who have a special word for each of us:A but I honestly don't notice when someone doesn't acknowledge a post(and I don't think anyone else does) :D

Thanks to all who have asked after dd. She stopped throwing up at about 3.40 am and I persuaded her that we both needed to sleep (I had only just fallen asleep when she began being sick at 12.30).So we went to bed, but she was, by this time wide awake and wanted to sit up in bed and play:rolleyes: In the end I let her and I fell asleep at about 5. She and I both had a lie in and she is full of beans now but I don't think she'll be eating much today;)

Kyle I think you're going to have to suffer a bit while you train lo to sleep through. It can be tough but worth it in the end.I don't know if you've seen those programmes like The House of Tiny Tearaways ? They do show how to cure a sleep problem even if yours is not so extreme as those on the programme. Teaching your child to go to sleep by themselves will save you nights of lost sleep. Mind you my dd wasn't much of an example last night:rolleyes: .

Nicki I feel for you:eek: I find going away and coming back pretty stressful - packing, unpacking, washing everything, putting things away, leaving stuff behind, finding your freezer's packed up and your garden's dead and eaten.....:grouphug:
