    Morning All

Afraid I've just had to skim read the thread. I feel so rude not commenting on peoples lives but I have a finite amount of time before dd realises I'm on the computer and decides to climb all over me.

Had a busy day yesterday, childminding for SIL then had to go to Ikea with my sister. She bought a table for her new house, I resisted but have seen plenty of stuff for my kitchen when I get it (will be after xmas).

Another busy day today going to give the house a quick going over then its off to Birkenhead to have a look at a Wood burning stove for the living room then hopefully back in time for a Gun dog display at local craft and veg show that on this weekend.

Me and DH have been having afew long chats about our future plans and have decided that I should do some further qualifications while so I'm going to start looking into OU courses. I sacrifised doing my degree to support us both when we were younger so he has said that he will take on more housework etc to free up the time for me to study. It wont be till next year now but its a goal to work towards and if by some miracle i manage to get pregnant again I can always take a break. If anybody has any tips on combining study and family life let me know.

Anyway gone on far longer than I intended to

    Have a good day everyone

Morning all............(((((((((HUGS))))))))))))) to those who need them.....

OH off to his bowls day, so I have a me day unless I decide to go down to him later on the bus.

Holmfirth..... boy does that name bring back memories......my ex M & FIL lived on Honley just outisde Huddersfield and we used to go to the market in Holmfirth........Sundays we used to go up onto the moors near the relay station, it was magnificient... always said I would go back, but never have.

After my exertions yesterday am planning a fairly quiet day today, need to sort the laundry and see if there is enough for a load. We left sheets out when we went out yesterday, when we got home they were soaked, so gave them 40 minutes in the dryer and put them on the airer to finish off. Put two coffee grinders on ebay, I have not used them for ages and I need to build up a stash of cash.......one has a watcher already, hope it transmits into a sale...... We have an antique pine dresser in the kitchen, it takes up a lot of room and I really want to downsize what we have, it will give us more room in the kitchen if it goes, so have been going through the cupboards and clearing out to relocate the dresser stuff, a lot of it is antique crystal, which I do not want to sell.... managed to get it all in one cupboard on the wall, now need to empty the bottom. I have a load of candle holders, am thinking of getting cheap candles and some cellophane and tying them up with ribbon to sell at the boot sale, what do you think?????? actually I may still have some stubby candles I bought, will have to empty the bottom cupboards and see what I can find. I also have a very pretty June Bouquet tea service, it dates from the 70's have tried to sell it a couple of times on E BAy but no takers, it even has the tea pot etc with it...... might parcel it up and put it in the attic for a while...... Could really do with one of those old fashioned plate racks that hang on the wall, that would take, that and the glasses...... they could go in the living room, but not going down that route I am trying to save cash, not spend it!!!!

My wardrobe will be the next target, there is stuff in there I have not worn for more than a year...... I keep wondering about putting my wedding suit on E bay, but something holds me back........sentiment I suppose.

Right thats enough for this morning, I am off downstairs for my caffine fix, will have to make it myself as OH is out.

Good morning everyone, hope you all have the best day you can.
I am at work this morning until 1pm and after a quick sarnie will be shopping, nothing exciting, new school trousers for dd and a new rubber mat for the bath. Also I might get some material to make an apron this weekend, was following the apron thread and it got me all inspired!

I wanted to go to Warwick Castle last week but dh said at around £60 it was too much, but I did the Express offer on the freebie board Wednesday and got a free family ticket yesterday:j Thing we will go on Thursday as a last treat before school and routine begins again.

I love having the girls at home but am looking forward to getting back into a routine, is everyone else?

really should do some w**k now...........bye.....

We must not, in trying to think about how we can make a big difference, ignore the small daily differences we can make which, over time, add up to big differences that we often cannot foresee.

You get 1, 2 or 3 dvds at once, and you have to have watched all six and sent them before your trial ends (I had 21 days) or you get charged. But it is possible, especially if you've got a DVD drive on your puter, just think of the amount of time you spend on here! (Not you personally, just 'you' lol)

I just realised I posted the same thing twice so apologies for that, I'm just so chuffed at myself :)

well done on the cinema tickets btw :T
