    Hi all :hello:

    I'm back! :j :j :j :j Bet you all missed me, didn't you? :D:D

Had a lovely wedding, will post a couple of pics when I get them. Our honeymoon in Italy was divine due to the high amount of good quality food and wine consumed!

Anyway, bits to sort out here so I'll post properly soon.

    Vicky xx

MimiF here is the recipe, it is for choc chip and cherry but I just used choc chips!:D

    100g/4oz softened butter
    50g/2oz caster sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla essence
    25g/1oz finely chopped cherries
    25g/1oz chocolate chips
    100g/4oz sifted plain flour.

Cream the butter and sugar with the vanilla essence.Add cheries and chocolate and stir in the flour.
Put 18 tsp of mixture well apart on a buttered baking tray and bake just above the centre of the oven.190c or gas no5 for 15 to 20 mins.Leave on the tray for 1 or 2 mins before transferring to a cooling rack.

    they are delicious!;)

Hi all, just a little note to say that I'm disappearing off MSE for the next couple of days, a thread has been posted that has made me so angry I just want to keep punching the screen out. I'm going to concentrate on more productive things for the next few days instead.
