Glad you had a good trip but ouch at the train costs!
You're doing really well with ebay sales. I desperately need to declutter and ebay but not sure I have anything half decent left to sell!!June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
I dont envy your journey with the children. I went to France on my own by plane then train with 4 little ones in tow and a gigantic suitcase and I felt like crying. It was so hard. Shame about that train ticket, Id be sick as a dog at that price. Sounds like you had a good break though.
Fab Op's. Well done on that fantastic reduction on your mortgage figure! :TI can't be bothered updating this anymore0 -
Morning all. Bit quiet on all fronts here due to some not nice news
However, have just OP'd £35 from ebay sales, a small amount of cashback and £10 repaid of a 'bad debt'. Gradually going in the right direction - looking forward to receiving my mtge stmt (not until about Feb) to see it all in black and white.

Hi Greent,
Just popped by to say hello. Sorry about the bad news. Speaking from experience however, sometimes it can have a silver lining - even if you can't immediately see it.
Fantastic overpayments so far, btw...
