    Morning everyone.

Still fighting this silly cold - felt quite "off" last night but ho hum got to carry off. Kids went to bed late as we were round at my parents for my dads birthday. For some reason though they have woken early and I've already had one tantrum off DS and DD will not stop rummaging in the bloomin' fridge  Me thinks it's going to be a loooooooooooong day

Well it appears that my H's weightloss article is now on the web :D Please ignore the interview as most of it is total fabrication - he was never turfed off a rollercoaster for being too large and likewise he never ate fry ups for breakfast. Anyway for those of you that want to have a nose here's the link
    http://www.menshealth.co.uk/Weight-loss/I-saddled-up-to-lose-7st/v3

Not much else going on. Tea tonight will be bacon, onion and potato hotpot.

NPM - Happy 40th Birthday party.gifcake.gif Hope you have a nice tea party and things are looking up for you soon xxx

Diva - I popped up pets at home last week as the kids like to look at the animals there. Was having a nose at the fish and there were two deceased ones providing an impromptu snack for the others  I guess nature demands you eat food when it's available :rotfl:

Have a good day OS or not. Hugs for those that need them.

    Hi Fellow Friday OSers,

MS Diva - I hadn't seen THOSE smileys - they are amazing, thanks so much. Sorry to be thick but I can click on the link, see them, but don't know how to transport them to my message?

Anyway, bright breezy day - washing on the line. I'm out all day & hoping it stays dry.

Off to library, shops etc with boyfriend. My straggly seedlings have been moved to unheated room's windowsill to slow their exhuberant growth. Some little critter has nibbled a few - must have been lurking in the compost.

Happy B'day NPM - have lots of treats & happy thoughts.

Might give my hair a MS trim. It's past shoulder length & I've perfected the DIY hair cut - saved lots of £s over the years. As it's all one length & I have it up mostly, total perfection isn't always req'd!

Sending hugs & happy vibes to everyone especially those feeling not so great today.:A

    Morning all

Love and hugs to those who are sad or poorly.

NPM - Happy Birthday - welcome to the club! Hope you enjoy your day and your pink fizz!

Bright and sunny here but not sure whether it will last, rain is forecast later. Was reasonably productive yesterday, managed to get housework done (as much as possible with 1 room being decorated the whole downstairs is upside down). Washing, drying and ironing done, changed DS2's bed and will do ours and DS1's today. Am going to do food shopping this morning and baking if I can later, spag bol on the menu for dinner tonight. Last night's dinner of sausage, egg, beans, mushrooms and chips went down very well.

Went to the scales and stayed the same, I'm really having to fight for every pound now but still determined to get there. Hoping we will get the decorating finished this weekend.

    No other OS to report.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

Keep safe and well everyone, hugs to those that need them.

It's either going to be a very good or very bad day here. DH very important meeeting, could be up to 3yrs guaranteed work. Also DD driving test. Can I have lots of positive vibes please:eek:

Damp but not raining yet, looks like it could brighten up.

Tea will be something quick and easy as not sure what time everyone will arrive home, probably something on toast.

Off to Mr S's this morning to get some cheap meet. Got 2 huge legs of lamb yesterday on Somer***ds for £14, so probably get some pork and beef and should last ages.

Will report in later. Have a good day peeps. J x

It has been very hard work. He's still trying to lose a bit more still. It's been a long process (about 7 years in total) so no quick fixes.
Sadly for me I lost weight to get married and now having popped out a couple of kids am right back where I started in the very beginning

Bitsy I saw this and thought of you HSrollergif_17085.gif, typically mail writing, no mention of wife preparing the proper meals! Never mind, well done to him on his loss.

 everyone will pop back later, just been up this early as the new bed we are getting today will be delivered between 7.30 and 13.30!
