Just updated myself on your diary, you seem to be doing really well and very motivated
Iv been abit rubbish on my cross trainer challenge, ever since the weekend and all this chocolate in the house. makes you feel so slugish!!! suppose i could stop eating it...easier said then done!!!!!!
Hey maeeve....know what you mean about the chocolate....and exerciseI've been rubbish too but hoping now back to work and not on hols that normality will return. Aiming for 30 mins exercise per day, starting with a run this evening....wish me luck!
Will pop over to your diary in a mo x0 -

I hope you do well ith exercise. I WILL get back into it again over the next few days...difficult with the kids being off and having time off to snack!! Then i end up feeling demotivated and don't exercise!!

No what you mean about being demotivated, i'm the same but WILL go for a run tonight regardless of what I end up eating today! Got to get out of the mindset of thinking that if I eat bad then I will start again tommorow type thing - try and be more positive and say 'ah well, eaten choc but I willl try and be good from now on'....easier said than done
On a positive, hopefully be my first NSD of April today unless something happens...yay!0 -
What a beautiful morning it is! Hope everyone else is enjoying some blue sky and sunshine
I did it! My first NSD of April yesterday - woo hoo :j Will update my signature in a mo.
No plans for today except to work hard, eat healthy and then visit a friend later this evening for tea. Hopefully it'll be my second NSD this month with a bit of luck!
Have a good day all x0 -
Hi choc addict!
It's a very sunny day in derby too! and I'm awake after feeling zombified on nights! Going to do some washing and get it dry outside!! hurray, summer is nearly here!
Sounds like you are doing really well! with debt busting & running etc! Using cash rather than cards is so much easier. Definitely stops me spending as much.
Have a good day.missmental stopping being mental & to be debt free by 53 :j

My worse thing is getting into the mindset of thinking ' i had a choccy biscuit in the afternoon so this day has gone down the pan andso i might as well eat whatever for the rest of the day!!!
We are planning our wedding soon (money depending) so that should be enough motivation for me really!! No excuses!!
Well done on your NSD!!! :j:j:j:jI have had loads this month but not really noticing until late at night...i think just changing my spending habits has helped a lot!
Sunny day here too!!! Unfortunately we had planned indoor play area and swimming lessons which were all in doors!!! So didnt make the most of it!!!Orange Fairy

We've just had a call from our sellers estate agent to say that the house they've had offer on etc has fallen through so back to starting point and having to wait for them to find somewhere to buy
Much as I am dissapointed for us, i'm also dissapointed for them too as I would hate for them to all of a sudden pull out and say they're taking their house of the market as we've fallen in love with it and can't wait to move! That said we are lucky in that they 'need' to move for businsess purposes.
Guess i'll just have to remain patient, not one of my better qualities :rotfl:
Going to go out for a walk at lunchtime and post a letter, enjoy some sunshine for 15 mins
Hope everyone is having a good day!0
