    Morning guys,

Sooooooooooo tired, couldn't sleep last night as it was so hot!

Hosp was ok, just first appt with doctor - he's referred me for more tests and then I have to go back once the results are back. He said that it should be long for appts for tests so fingers crossed will all be done and dusted soon.

Commute up to office in London today, not looking forward to it in this heat....can't stand the tubes when it's so hot!

Have a good day all x

Well yesterday was a write off as spent all morning working and all afternoon in hospital to then spend over an hour trying to get home in traffic, normally takes 20mins and then food shopping....oh what a fun life eh! Ah well.

Todays little list, I say little as majority of time will be spent travelling on trains and tubes!.....here goes....
    • check online banking
    • daily free scratch card
    • surveys
    • 30 mins exercise
    • eat sensibly
    • meal planner for rest of week
Nothing too major, have loads of food in so meal planner needed to ensure I use it all up before things go out of date etc - think OH thought I was buying one of everything in the fruit and veg sections :rotfl:

    Todays menu -

Breakfast - bowl of special k and a peach
Lunch - wholemeal pitta with wafer thin ham, salad + apple
Dinner - vegetable skewers (peppers, onions, mushrooms, courgettes) + couscous

Must aim for a run tonight, not been of late because of the heat but will go tonight when it gets cooler.

Nothing else to report, won't be a NSD as have trip to London or does that count as i've already accounted for it in monthly buget?? Hmm, i'll have to think on that one

Morning Choc, if my eyes you've already accounted for it then it doesn't affect NS day status. But that doesn't mean you can account for 5 bars of chocolate and then go up the shop all week as that defeats the objective!

Have a good day in London, its supposed to be a bit cooler (hopefully).

This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

    Good morning :)

Today is a good day, it's the first day i've woken up in weeks without a numb arm :j:j:j fingers crossed it stays that way :D

Also happy as last night I managed a three mile run :T Now going to keep that up until easier and then extend it to four miles or perhaps extend it to four miles and walk some of it, just to get the distance. I will get to 10 miles before the Great South Run in October!!!!

    So plan for today -
    • Check onling banking
    • Daily scratch
    • Surveys
    • Eat sensibly
    • 30 mins exercise
    • Clear/de-clutter spare room/office
    • Clean en-suite
    • Write list for holiday
Lots to be getting on with.....firstly meal plan for today

Breakfast - Special K and peach
Lunch - Ham and Musroom omelette (small) with side salad
Dinner - Salmon, new pots and peas.
