:rotfl:Not too deep I hope Happy! I was just venting out my frustrations and mainly to try and realise a few things about myself and why/how I am in over £40k of debt still. Wrong decision and actions of both myself and others but a the end of the day I was the one in control of it.....or not as I wouldn't have been in this much debt otherwise  Just about taking control to ensure it never happens again!!!0 -

Hey Happy,
I'm in a real sorting mode at the moment I spent over 2 hours yesterday afternoon clearing and cleaning our living room - including skirting boards  I just pulled everything out and went on a mission....looks fab nowThink part of it is because I 'want' to be more organised and on top of things and the other part knowing if I do it once a month between now and when we move there will be less cleaning this end to do and I can enjoy the new place more
Ooh what's that millionaire mindset thing then? I'm liking this talk about jars and savings :rotfl:
Back to work for me....such a bore and so depressing when it's beautiful outsideStill, money at the mo is more helpful than a suntan!!!

Jars, i dont know myself lol ..... its
Neccessities 55% of wage.. mine is higher as im not finacially suave yet
Finacial Freedom Account .. FFA... 10% of income this is what you invest through bonds or high saving earners or whatever....again to fit accordingly ..
Giving account 5%, this can be for charity, freinds birthdays, this can be through volunteering to help people walk dogs etc etc its about you showing abundance.... education 10% this is the self help books audio tapes spreadshets stuff that educates your understanding of the universe and you and how to make it fit better for you LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE..
Long Term Saving Spends 10% this is where you would save for debt overpayments, or house diy or holidays or etc
PLay account my fave 10% of wage this is for you to blow by the end of the month on stuff that makes you feel good or that you enjoy that you wouldnt normally do that makes you feel good its more the spiritual side... that totals 100% now what he says is money attracts money the jars are visulaisation
the book or audio makes more sense i sound like a drivlling baffon lol lol

:rotfl:Nah you don't, kinda makes sense and when reading any financial guide on what % of your salary should be going on they are all very similar....I so wish I was mindful of all of this when I started full time work over 10 years ago!! Hence, i'm looking at 'why' I spend/spent money the way I did - was it to please others? was it to please myself? was it because I was naive to people taking advantage? was it emotional? ....I could go on and on but for me I think it's important to take a step back and think about it as I don't think that these behaviour patterns in my spending have gone....they are still lurking and I need to take 'control' rather than it controlling me
No long to go at work now and OH and I are going to go out this evening once he is home from work about 5ishI was thinking perhaps a nice bike ride, that would be lovely as enjoy the sunshine as well as getting exercise
I'm not one for sitting in the sun doing nothing, get too fidgety and end up going indoors, however if I could walk for 3/4 hours in it with nice little breaks sitting then i'd be fine!
