Ok, the sun is shining, clear blue skys and i've had a good nights sleep - :j
I've decided to start a 'proper' diet today as I slip too much if I just do the healthy eating so got one of my old Rose C mags out and going to follow it and see if I can't lose a few lbs before hols - weighed this morning and 10st 8lbs which i'm pleased about as thought i'd gone up more. Lets see how we go. Went for a run last night and hoping to go out today at lunchtime if it's still nice for a short run.

Money - nothing doing there, just budgeting and cutting back - have hols early June and then once back I can work out monies and any overpayments.

OH back tomorrow :j really missing him now. He's had fab time and fab weather so that's brilliant for him :)

Right back to work for me, have a good day all xx

Thanks Happy! I'm choosing to ignore my arms at the moment, it's almost become 'normal' for me to be feeling like this and nothing I can do until hosp appt comes through so just got to get on with things.

Hopeyou have a good day, despite being at work! xx

Ooh ooh ooh.....i'm SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO EXCITED :j:j:j

Just had call from estate agents - basically couple we're buying from are in very long negotiations re a purchase and not looking good so the good Mr and Mrs X we're buying from has suggested that we arrange a provisionally completion date that suits us both and that they will consider moving into rented if they don't find anyway - the suggestion is mid August, if suits us.....that way they sell their house and are ready to go, we get to buy and move into our house and everyone is happy :D

I AM SO EXCITED!!!!! Obviously nothing set in stone but solicitors will get onto it now and hopefully there is an def end in sight regardless of whether or not they find somewhere to buy....... :T:T:T

Now really need to concentrate on the figures and put some more money aside  I think my goals until perhaps Sept are going to have to be house focused - still it'll be worth it :D
  • Great news with the estate agents how nice of the people to offer that, shame there arent more people about that think of others too

    xx

It is isn't it, however I think they are perhaps worried about losing us as buyers as we've been waiting a long time - think everyone wins this way.

I'm still hyper and excited :jx
