Morning choc, another list of to do's and well done on the diet it seems you are really sticking at it yay. I'm trying to look forward to another day looking at 4 Walls no fun when you can't get about :-/

Aww Happy, finding the diet suprisingly easy at the moment - feel in a different frame of mind of late. Also think with this arm problem that I should be looking after myself more, not getting any younger :p

Hope you don't find it too bad today, is the back pain easing any? :( xx
  • Back pain constant I move at a snail pace I still have it there I'm with you on looking after ourselves more, good balanced diet healthy weight and good levelnof activity. Poor oh had to do housework I didn't feel confident enough cleaning and vaccuming :-/ no fun having unexplained pains is there hopefully me and you will be back to normal bodies in no time :-/ x

I hope so Happy, rather annoying not knowing why the problems occur or more so when they are going to go

Def agree with the right balance of diet, healthy weight and level of activity - i'm aiming for a lifestyle change rather than fad diets....I know what is good for me and I know what is bad....it's finding that 80/20% balance - main thing being good 80% of the time.....its hard though as could handle a nice choc bar right now!!! :rotfl:

OK....I am setting myself some financial goals as that is what this site is all about, isn't it?!

    So two goals -

    1. Total debt to be 35k or less by 01.01.11
    2. To have cleared Lloyds CC by 01.01.11 - currently standing at £4175.61

Big challenges but I think if I can clear the Lloyds in turn with my other payments made regularly I can achieve the 35k or less target so both run together really but need the motivation of the CC clearance to do it.

I'm actually very excited as to get it to 35k or less by the end of the year would be amazing!

How i'm going to do this then??? Well maximise income, cut backs, spend less, budget, surveys, free money and basically throw every spare penny at debts. I am also aiming to clear two smaller debts through early settlements which in turn should save me a few hundred if they accept my offers.

Ooh, i'm actually really excited about this as can (with overtime) see it actually happening :j Will be an interesting seven months ahead but I WILL do this - then 2011 can be all about clearning them and becoming debt free ;)

I am going to go through my debt totals as think I may have had a couple wrong and update my signature per my challenge.
  • All the best :D xx good plan, make sure you keep some cash for you otherwise you will burn out :P i dont want a melted choc bar over teh floor :D

Thanks lovely :) I'm going to try my hardest and I really do think it is doable as long as overtime continues with work. I'm really excited about it....how mad is that!?!

The reason I set myself goals was because I could really see myself just drifting month by month and what with the pending house move I worry I would just fritter money and not get anywhere fast. If I have target/goal in mind financially then I hope to achieve it - it's something to 'focus/aim' for which will be really helpful for me.

    Have pm'd you x

Sorry for the late catch up!

Have you thought about the numbness being a trapped nerve at all? When I get tired I get a real nasty shooting pain in my shoulder that I believe to be a trapped nerve, it's quite nasty!

The goals sounds great and it's always nice to have something achievable to work towards, I am pretty sure if someone can do it then that someone will be you :)

Very happily married on 10th April 2013 :D
