They invent problems that aren't there, you go through the hassle of sorting it out and then relax after receiving confirmation to support this. A couple of days later and you're faced with the same problem again.
I've since closed my account as I've lost all confidence in a company that appears to not know what it is doing, having access to my bank.
Rather than moneysaving this has turned into a money losing exercise.
Seriously, add up how much free credit (including referral credit) you've had, add the Quidco cashback (you did do this through Quidco, I hope?), deduct any charges and have you REALLY lost money?
I've spent precisely £15 on 5 sims, got way over £200 in free calls credit in total plus potentially almost £100 from Quidco. You really have to be doing summat really wrong to lose money with Easymobile...I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0 -

yes you are wrong.
you are about the 50th+ person on here who has obviously signed up for a Easy Mobile sim card WITHOUT reading the T&C.
EasyMobile is a no brainer in that YOU make money out of the deal, aslong as you follow simple T&C. my household has 5 in total, with a heck of high profit for a £10.00 outlay.
hope you get it sorted, but the charges are very clearly laid out before you sign up, you just need to use it in the right way.

I do understand that the easymobile offer is a no brainer in that you do make money out of the deal. I am not disputing that at all. However what I am saying is that the main reason why people have PAYG sims is so that they only ever use credit that they have topped up on (or in this case been given as a promo) which means you cannot go into a negative balance. Otherwise why call it a 'pay as you go'? Usually if u have zero credit on ur PAYG and tried to make a call, you get a recorded message saying there is no credit left and for you to top it up. This is the main reason why I was very supprised to find that I was in the negative. Apart from this, I do feel easymobile is excellent with offers and is much cheaper in terms of call charges than other providers. All i am saying is that ppl need to keep an eye on their balance incase they get caught out as I did.0 -

probably a wise thing to do, and i agree PAYG doesnt normally allow you to go over your limit. but again a feature of Easy is that you do get a small amount of 'free' calls over and above your limit incase you run out of credit.
i think the limit is £2.00 or £2.50 but check T&C. you need to repay that quite quickly to not get charged.
going upto £10.00 incurrs charges.
i am not 100% sure of the particulars of this part of Easy Mobile, i just remember reading it in the terms, but this wont affect me.
agile, i would recommend ringing easy and explain that you made a mistake and didnt realise the cost had mounted up, you never know you may not get charged...worth a try.

hi is there any way to use the £33 plus £5 credit to get more cashback like order ringtones or some rubbish via quidco?
i doubt i will use the £38 in the next 7 weeks i have so if there is a way to convert it into quidco or other cash please share!
thank you.0 -
I know this may seem stupid but if I get down to £0 on my account can I just throw the SIM away and have no other come-back from Easy. i.e. are there any regular charges - like I saw somewhere that you have to pay 75p every quarter if you don't use the phone? You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0
-
You MUST ring up and cancel the SIM, otherwise you will charged 75p/mth when you don't spend a minimum of £5 in a 3 month period.I spelt my username wrongly on purpose, by the way!0

If you get down to £0.00 & they charge you 75p accumulating how do they get the money if you don't top up regularly ?
Send in the bailiffs ?0 -
Just looking at the T&C's , if they did keep charging 75p is that the
" negative balance " they state about ?0
