Thanks for this Hamish....trying to do housework and missing most of the budget coverage.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I'm confused by the ISA limits mentioned by Hamish. It will already increase to £10.2k from next month, as stated in the last budget???
In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:

10% rise in duty on cider - that will lose them the chav vote.

Lol, that caught my eye most of all. Never understood why any adult would voluntarily drink it; the smell just brings back lovely memories of puking into ditches as a teen.

Identified cuts of over 20 billion, public pay kept below 2% for next 2 years, and 11 billion cuts in departments. Relocating 15,000 civil servants from london.

    Reform housing benefit.
