I love sweet potatoes and was wondering if they would freeze after they have been cooked, ie roasted, mashed etc.0

Making macaroni cheese for dinner and I've just bought some silver foil trays today to make mince and freeze it......so if there's any leftover macaroni, can I freeze it in these trays things too? I'm not sure whether to make a bit extra or not. Will it go yuggy and soggy or something? Never tried to freeze pasta things before.

I have frozen macaroni before, all I found was that when I defrosted it for re-heating I had to add some milk to thin it down:DMaking macaroni cheese for dinner and I've just bought some silver foil trays today to make mince and freeze it......so if there's any leftover macaroni, can I freeze it in these trays things too? I freeze leftover portions of pasta and various sauces. I then warm them in the microwave for a "free" lunch

Hi there, This is my first real foray into the old style board but i'm planning today to do some bulk cooking for work lunches and dinners when my mum is at work and it's just me cooking for myself
I am planning to make quite a few tortilla wraps with peppers and courgettes inside (i can also make them into enchilladas)
My question is if i make 12 can i freeze them ?
Thanks very much

I don't see why not. That's actually a really good idea - I must try it myself next time I make tortilla wraps. Thanks very much! :beer:Back after a very long break!0
