I cant stand estate agents they are just overpaid bullsh!tters, it makes me laugh when they try and justify their fees, theres a few of them on here they know who they are googlers name comes up all the time.

He gets paid to post on here all day and then he tries to justify estate agents overheads and workloads, instead of coming on here and trying to justify your jobs, why dont you get off your fat asses and say what you tell eveeryone you do?

ive used online lettings agents and estate agents and ill never go back to the tradtional snaeky two faced lying estate agent ever....

The reason that EA's won't disclose an offer to another party is nothing to do with the DPA (I wonder if most have actually read and/or understood it TBH). It's so that one party doesn't have an unfair advantage.

When dealing with multiple offers on a single property, the only fair way to deal with them is to ask for best and final offers in writing and then let the Vendor decide who to sell they property to.

that lies the estate agent i bought from told us exactly what other offers had been made, they were probably lies aswell.
