    FS my total should be 78.8lbs i seam to have gained an extra 0.1 pound lost on your chart somewhere

    i cant see how to make letters bigger but i made my loss a red letter day!-first weigh in in which i have lost since 2003.--i made a note back on my birthday in January of my weight,85kgs--i wrote life targets and duly gave up drinking and now i am losing the fat i aimed at--so today i am 3kgs lighter at 82lkgs 3 bags of sugar! -i had long given up trying to lose weight and just concentrated on maintenence of staying fat at the same weight!! many thanks for the motivation -long may it contiue!

    -Eric i always get 8hours sleep but because i am 2 hours ahead i appear to be up at 6am lol
    My back is hurting today i think a day of rest from the gym--i was ok yesterday and went to bed feeling fine--i just did cardio yesterday but i thought the bike upright seat got umfortable after an 1 hour--i have an ify back but will be 'cured' once i build some muscle up -always has been the same--i have a small scoliosis --a kink-in my spine--lower back and neck pain.--now to think what to do with all this spare time!!

    Well done Mazza and Eric---you must both work really hard at this!-i made only slight changes to my diet and no meaningful exercise until saturday night so i am pleased-sadly all my scales and thoughts are in kilos these days and 1 kilo doesnt sound as impressive as the conversion!! -it gets all very confusing this life!! must be my age
