I love you victory, even when you're going through the mill at work, your always there with words of advice when people need it.
It's got nothing to do with love, i don't do love, I have my cat for love and my kids for love. Don't need that from a man. Does that make me sad?
I really do like this guy though, and we've been talking, we're both scared, so will take things a lot slower and get to know each other a lot better... if that's possible. Feel like we already know everything there is to know, but slow and casual is the way to go for now.
Really hope you get things sorted out at work, can't offer you any advice as I'm going through something similar, but with less patience than you, so i'm the one reading your posts and admiring the patience that you've shown and wish I had half of the patience that you seem to have
So, if you want him just for companionship , as a friend, no romance or love where is the prob? You can have it like that so long as he agrees and does not want more than you, if he does, there lies the prob...
The past can be our own self destruct button, it can corrode what is infront of us now that has the potential to be beautiful but the dark clouds that hang over it make it confoozling;)
The patience comes from knowing it is not a sprint it is a marathon, patience and mind games my forte x0 -
Why are my posts repeating themselves, there is my end a bit of a lag between loading and posting the circle bit goes round and round for a bit but then it goes and seems to go and repeat itself but no one else is, strange, must leave the comp and go and make a final draft on this letter that is far too time consuming, have to hand it in tomorrow....:D0

Boss returns monday, supervisor would see him monday I won't, not on shift, she is, she will go on and on at him and turns it making it my fault, I am rude for not being in and picking up the phone, it is all my fault blah blah she has been there considerably decades longer than me, her side will be loud and ongoing, my side will be a letter with two completed modules inside an envelope addressed to him so he can read it on his own , private and confidential and for once have 2 sides...
Most likely from there will be called in to attend a 'let's talk meeting' all of us together....
Leaving the letter and modules on his desk for monday, his first return day from holidays.....0 -
I know it is but I need to keep it sweet or rather as sweet as I can so that there is no lingering yuckiness

Thought about long and hard to let it go, keep smiling, do the module, let it go, get blamed, get told off and keep on working, the customers are lovely, my usual colleague is lovely, all good but then again the more I think how angry I was at the note, the way I keep getting told off for things I have not actually done, for the things I have done I appreciate the telling off's, it makes you not do it again and realise you have to take the blame etc but when it has nothing to do with you...
OH says bad reputation sticks and that I am getting a bad reputation that I mess up all the time that I make huge clangers at work, that I am the one that makes all the mistakes and they see me that way because of all that has happened where I get told off well this one if everyone thinks we failed because of me could put the nail in my coffin......
Sure, I have made mistakes, the biggest one handing out the wrong prescription to the wrong person and other minor offences along the way that the boss has gone on at me for but that is to be expected in a work place, no one is perfect and they all make mistakes like the guy last week insisting he had been short changed £5 from the supervisor, she said no, counted the till, she had, she gave him the £5 no apologies and the boss never said a word, we all make them.
Or how last week she lost someones prescription and the entire chemist spent 30 mins looking for it, taking them off their work to help, it was found but only mutters and mumbles were said, now if I had done that the door would have been shown to me....
Or how on saturday the lady came in for her babies special milk as he had to have it ordered and the supervisor had not put the order in so no milk was there for her, mutter moan, end of, if it were me....0 -

Hi Victory hope i'm not too late, I've been thinking a lot about your predicament and here's my thoughts on your letter.
Dear ....
I wanted to put in writing my feelings about .... handling of a work related incident that took place whilst you were on holiday.
On the 1st July .... was left a sealed envelope addressed to her from ...., which ....was supposed to relay to me. I enclose a copy.
In the letter it clearly states that I am to blame for the whole team failing their MSA as I was the only person to not complete the computer test. At no time during the month of June had ...told me that this was required of me. In fact I worked with ....on dates for my usual 4 hour shift and the test was never mentioned.
Perhaps mention here that you are obviously distressed to discover that there has been an impact on the whole team and you would be keen to help rectify it in anyway - offering some kind of constructive solution, even if not possible in practise, should make you appear concerned about the company / the team and not just about who gets blamed.
On wednesday the 30th June, on my day off, I was out shopping returning home just short of 3pm. I had 2 mess to ring ... One of them said I had to be in contact by 3.30pm, immediately I raced to the shop, it was 3.10pm, 5 mins off picking my son up from school.
....was not there when I arrived at 3.10pm she had stopped work to go to the docs. I could not wait as would have been late picking up my son.
If ...could not get me on my landline she could have reached me on my mobile, the number would be in my work records.
(now the next bit I may think is a bit harsh put people here say it is o.k to put in.....) It highlights poor management leadership skills, .... wants to make me the scapegoat for her poor memory, her lack of planning does not constitute an emergency crisis on my part, especially not on my day off. I cannot be by the telephone just in case ... remembers she has something that I should do.
This could be reworded to be more tactful. Try suggesting that if the supervisor was worried about the test, there were various ways in which she could have contacted you, or even left a message with a colleague since she was out of the office at the doctors.
I have since been told by others that they were not informed at the beginning of the month they had to take the test and some completed them on Mon 28th and Tue 29th, having had 4 weeks according to them previous to complete it.
Surely the fact that I did not take the test [STRIKE]of which I had no idea I had to [/STRIKE]cannot be my fault, since I was unaware of the requirement, despite the fact that ..... had ample time and within our mutual shift work to tell me. If ... was indeed aware of the requirement for the 4 weeks in which I could have completed the test, I am concerned that she may have forgotten. If this is the case, then I feel that the enclosed letter is inaccurate and unfair in suggesting that I am at fault.
It is her responsibility to inform the staff in good time of tasks that need completing.
She has failed to do that and I am not prepared to take the blame for her errors.
Crikes too much?
I have had to deal with situations like this in the past. Luckily I was not the only one affected and had others to back me up. But at the end of the day I went to see the boss and calmly explained all the issues and bullying that had gone on - but i tried to be calm, diplomatic and constructive. I realised early on that the people crying 'it's not fair' were brushed aside as being unreasonable, lazy, etc. But when I discussed 'concerns' about the team and suggest ways in which it might be resolved (even though I knew there was no chance of it happening) I was taken more seriously and something was done about it in the end.
Hope this helps. Just my 2 cents. No one deserves to be treated badly as a reuslt of other people's inability to do their own job. But there is a right way and a wrong way to try to fix it. Will be thinking of you on monday x
