Well my first weigh in today and I'm really quite gutted as its the heaviest I've been in a long while, but onwards and upwards (or hopefully downwards) and I am hoping to report a loss next week.
I went summer shopping this afternoon, and bought a couple of tops 1 dress size down to hopefully motivate me. I did try a couple of things on and I swear they do something to those mirrors to make you look even more flabby and hideous than usual  so consoled myself with a couple of pairs of sandals which you can never be too flabby for.
Food shop as well, lots of yummy salady and veggie and fresh fruity things and no nasty crisps or choc things, so I'm quite hopeful for this week.
Planning to do a session on my cross trainer shortly while watching Corrie and then sofa floppage with strawberries and grapes and my book before bed.

How are you manging to do this consistent losing thing? if you've gor a technique please share it with me - I'm now indanger of exploding I've put so much back on0 -
Thanks Guys for your welcome. I weighed and it was about what I thought it would be. I've had a good first day despite getting quite stressed (although boredom often sends me to the fridge) and being an emotional type of eater I am feeling really pleased that I didn't succumb. Sometimes I do it without even realising! I suddenly realise I am eating a bag of crisps/lump of cheese/bar of choccie etc etc and can't remember how it got there!
So onwards and inwards. Good luck to you all for the next week and thanks for the support.

Missy & Granny~ I always find it easier to loose weight in summer for some reason.
Also cant remember if i said but the neurologist suggested it would be helpful to loose weight.
Suppose its partly about taking responsibilty.

Candyapple I remember that feeling of being the heaviest I'd been at that first weigh in, but you're right it's all downwards from here and hopefully you'll never see that weight again!
AllIwant, you're a star! If I understand it correctly you've met your 12 month weight loss goal in just 6 months?! :T Yipppeeee!!! Let us know what you decide about your next target!
Is everything OK Granny? Miss your posts on here xx
Beanie is that because you find it easier to eat less in the summer, or that you eat roughly the same but the weight inexplicably comes off easier? Just wondered because I've also noticed seasonal patterns to my ability to lose weight. Well done on your losses because you seem to be losing just the right amount for it to be all or mostly body fat, which is perfect! :T0
