Eric - at least your loss this week isn't just 1lb, because I don't think I could have dared step into the thread if that had happened! I like the Eddie Izzard picture to motivate you on the cabinet... there's a guy to admire, but I loved him even before his marathon of marathons. I reckon we could get DMV into her boots, and then get you to chase her around... that'd get you some exercise, although I'm worried your heart rate might go through the roof!
sounds like a plan
I also have a picture Bob Herdsman, a nice guy and 87.6kgs in 12 weeks :eek::eek::eek:

Food so far today
B: porridge with sliced banana (rapidly turning into my brekkie of choice - the banana cools down the porridge as well as adding a delicious sweetness!)
L: Jacket potato with baked beans and cheddar cheese
Total syns so far = 11 (only 5 yesterday - can you save them all up and have a blow-out at the end of the week like you can with WW points?)
Plus decaf tea with skimmed milk, fizzy water
...err, that's it so far, haven't even had my fruit snacks, not much of an appetite today, woke up this morning with a thumping headache (again) tho that could be cos I didn't drink enough water yesterday, so now I'm worried about not eating enough

Hezza how have you hit 11 syns with that menu?? what day are you doing?
28g porridge oasts can be a HeB if you have an oat bran cracker too.
All / most of the milk can be HeA or syn the milk and have the cheese as HeA?Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Porridge oats are 5 syns on a EE day
The cheese is 6 (which I cant have as a HEa as I've already got skimmed milk down as that)
Am I doing this wrong?£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Great news about the loss Margaretclare, like you say, you hit a plateau for a while and it's a real inspiration that you've stuck with your plan :T.
Beanie huge congrats on clearing your credit cards :j. What's your secret with the wonderfully steady weight losses you've been achieving lately?
Sary is there a parents' race at your son's sports day?!0 -

I'm not sure but if the skimmed milk is less syns then it makes sense to have the cheese as the healthy extra and syn the milk instead. So long as the quantities are right. I'm not sure how much difference it would make.
If you can, check SW online about porridge oats - i'm pretty sure 28g oats plus a bran cracker is a healthy extra B on EE.
If you had more than 28g that you could syn the extra, but you need to eat the cracker too for it to count as a healthy extra (which is mad, but apparently there's no arguing with it!)
You've prob got it right but I just thought it's worth checking. Otherwise you're using your syns up really fast.
thanks Missy!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
