Hezza - we must be twins today, because I had the same breakfast as short while ago. I crushed some fresh strawberries, and had some Total 0% greek yogurt (very good at only 57cals per 100g). I reckon that puts breakfast at under 200cals, which saves more for later in the day for me. Going to do a chicken salad for tea with low-fat caesar dressing, which is actually one of my favourite meals. Main indulgence of the week today, which is bacon roll for lunch. That will be my indulgence, but I'm going to count the calories in that.... if foodfocus.com can get back up and running.
MrsHunt - beef curtains are a reference to ladybits! You'll get used to our Vix, she speaks as she finds, and she often finds things funny!
Off to watch the F1 qualifying now, another treat for the w/end.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Hey Hezza, I have a speadsheet - here's an example day
Day 1: Saturday
Food Type
Raisin Wheats HeB (1/2 28g)
Skim milk HeA (1/4 - 87ml)
Tea w/ Semi skimHeA (1/4 - 62ml)
Lunch
Tomatoes Free
Celery Free
Hummous HeB (1/2 14g)
SnackFruit Free
Tea w/semi skim HeA (1/4 - 62ml)
Dinner
Pasta Free
Halloumi 3.5
Mixed Veg Free
Spray of frylight Free
Muller light Free
Hot chock w/semi skim HeA (1/4 - 62ml) and 2 syns
Totals
Syns 5.5
Free food 7
Exercise (mins) 120
(it was in chart from, like a grid, but the formatting went a bit mad when i posted it, sorry. But i did it in Excel in two columns - one for food and one to show the type or syns!)
I end up doing my healthy extra A in bits coz i have it in cups of tea or with a tiny bit of cereal. I've given myself a low syn count today as we're off to the park and i'll prob end up having a Solero (5 syns I think).
I have formulae at the bottom in the total section so it automatially adds up how many syns i've had plus how many free foods (i'm also going to make it add up superfree so i know i'm having enough - i think it's meant to be 1/3 of each meal)
And since i did an hour at the gym this morning and i'm about to go on a long walk i have my exercise down too so I can see it
Hope everyone has a lovely weekend - enjoy the sunshine!!

Ooops thanks for enlightening me sary. To explain why i chose to call myself that..have been a big fan of Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes and also of Gene Hunt. Had been watching few episodes that i had recorded and came up with the inspired or uninspired idea maybe, to use that name for a bit of a laugh0

Hello! I'm new to the thread :P.
My weight has been getting me down alot recently. I need to lose in excess of 10 stones at the minute, but i'm just aiming to lose 100lbs as a nearer goal. I think i'm just going to count calories, maybe not even do that but just try to eat healthier. I'm not sure yet. We'll see how it goes!
How are you all doing?0
