    hi guys,

can confirm i lost 3lbs this week, which i'm really chuffed about!

My daily weigh on the wii fit kept telling me either no change of that i'd put on weight when ive done nothing other than eat healthy and exercise..

so was soo happy to do my weekly official weigh in this morning and find i'd lost 2lbs on top of the pound i lost by monday.

I'm officially out of the obese catergory and into the overweight category which is something to celebrate.. 9 lb loss overall in three weeks and a BMI of 29.79

Got on my bike this week and cycled 7 miles to get to work and back and im doing the same tomorrow.

Also testing this soap and glory stuff called sit tight which is supposed to be brilliant at breaking down fat and cellulite on the thighs, shall report back i promise xx

well done to SOTW, keep it up!!

Hope things don't get put back for you Eric, and take it easy on that treadmill now it's been fixed.

Things are pretty manic here with just over a week to go til the big day, have to say weight loss has been the last thing on my mind recently.
Our venue for the wedding has JUST re-opened this week after the floods in November. Talk about cutting it close!!
Been for my final wedding dress fitting, I nearly cried, it fitted just perfectly, so the weight loss has been so worth it.
And ladies, can I please reccomend going for a bra fitting!! I have never had one and went (so as I have the right one for the wedding dress) and I am so not the size I thought I was!! Very much different adn OMG why has no one drummed this in to us ladies before? So comfortable now!!

Well off to bed for me, having re-arranged the music for the wedding and tried to get organised for the meeting with the wedding event co-ordinator tomorrow, first proper one since November!!

Keep up the good work folks, and Fredsnail thanks for the chart.

Maybe i push myself harder than i should, but to keep myself at a HR of 123 would seem a bit light? Perhaps is this where im going wrong then. I shall definatly try to get myself within that 123 magic number and see how i fair. Trouble is im a thrash it or nothing kinda girl!! ha.

Thanks for the knowlege Eric and missy.

thanks De1amo and Missy™ I know you're both right, it just got to me as the last few days have seen the scales go up and up and up to numbers i've never seen before! I have a suspicious feeling they are not particularly good scales and I might start saving up for some new ones. This morning the number had dropped by 4 1/2 lb!!! Madness! Promise to stop weighing myself every day - I know it's not good for my mental state!!

Ooh I have read about that stuff - apparently it works best when you are sitting down because of the heat generated! sounds too good to be true. but I might give it a go!!! Let me know how you get on with it.

Another really good lotion for firming up and "getting rid of" cellulite is Jergans Naturals Firming Lotion with Pomegranite - honestly it's the only firming lotion i've known to actually make my thighs feel smoother and less lumpy - and its less than a fiver!!! :money:

Feeling much better today - thanks for your helpful words eveyone :o

    Morning all

Fellpony - congratulations, I didn't realise other weddings were happening this year *wink*! Hope everything goes really well, and you have a lovely sunny day for it.

Sary - great picture, thanks :D

Shell - well done for getting out of the obese bracket, you should be well chuffed.

Eric - your garlic capsule reminds me of a time I took a hayfever tablet without water while on the run to go to work, it stuck in my throat and 10 minutes later started to really burn. :( I was driving and had to find somewhere to stop and buy water, but I had a sore throat for days. Well done for SOTW. :T

Well done candlepower, rosieposie and shell - great weightlosses.

The wedding was my goal to lose weight, but the wedding photos have focussed my mind, I really want to be slim again. :o My new mantra is 'nothing tastes as good as being slim feels'.

    Have a good day everyone - it's Friday! :D

Exams all over - went reasonably well, I had enough questions to choose from and all that revision stood me in good stead, wrote continuously for 3 hours and had just about exhausted all my ideas by the end - so glad it all over and I can have my life back! (oops, echoes or Mr BP there ;) What day is it today???!!!) Had great pleasure packing up all my textbooks and putting them up in the loft last night (lets hope I dont have to get them out again for a resit:eek:) Results due in August, next course (Year 3 of 6) starts in September.

Just packing now for a spa weekend away with my BFF, couple of days of relaxing and copious amounts of alcohol & food no doubt. Back on track next week when all gets back to normal and I can focus on my diet again.

    Have a great weekend everyone!!

Soo right, It's about re-educating myself with food rather just eating on the run and not thinking about it..

we actually said your quote yesterday. It's the old everything in moderation quote.. but if i start eating chocolate I don't stop!
