Thanks for that Eric, I LOVE soup, but haven't been having it since we got nice weather, I prefer a salad in the summertime. But come winter, I live on soup (for lunch at work) My favourite is baxters minestrone, sooo flavoursome, and very good on cals/fat etc which leaves room for a nice wholemeal roll to dip into it!i have analysed how green tea affects my eating--it cleans the pallet and stops the lingering flavour of what i have just eaten--i stop salivating for more!!
Ahhh I have tried to drink green tea because I know the health benefits are great, but I just can't stand the taste of it! I have had normal, lemon, strawberry and just cannot get away with it, which is very disappointing because I want to drink it!!
I have kind of started again today, as the weekend was a bit of a failure, on food and exercise! I was visiting my mam and dad yesterday, so I baked muffins to take with me, thinking if I give them all away they won't be around for eating! But I still had one :mad: We also got some haribo in on Fri night, cos we were going to have a movie night, well the movie night didn't happen and over the course of the weekend we have eaten two big bags of haribo between us :eek:
Back on it today though !!! Going to be a saint from now, it was 9weeks Sunday till our holiday

Breakfast-Shreddies with skimmed milk
Dinner-Egg Mayo (homemade) Sandwich (on wholemeal)
Tea-Salmon Fillet, New Pots and Brocolli
Snack-Go Ahead Biscuit bar

Hope you all had a fab weekend! I managed a 7 mile walk friday, then 2 miles each sat and sun, then 8 miles mon! dog is out cold on hte sofa and refused to do the 1 mile walk this morning - as soon as i took his lead off he turned around and went home! I suspect it was the early start, he's been lying in till gone 11 over the bank holiday and clearly did not appreciate being kicked up at 0600 this morning.
And today is day one - time to be sensible, wtih everything. Nothing is forbidden, but everything has to be in moderation, and no snacking when there's noone else in the house!0 -

If I knew how to paste a picture on here I would, but basically they are - in order of largest ingredient first - glucose syrup, sugar, gelatine (non veggie), dextrose, citric acid, flavourings, fruit & plant concentrates, colours (including carmine, which is made from crushed insects), beeswax, invert sugar syrup.They claim to be ‘gluten free’, ‘nut free’, ‘milk free’ and ’soya free’. That’s because it’s free of pretty much anything except sugars and gelatine (gelatine being crushed animal parts) :eek: (with thanks to www.theharcombediet.com for the info)

Don't blame yourself, its just another example of how food manufacturers create cravings & addictions by adding totally legal crap to their products.
