Dusty - self seeded frits - how lovely. I love them but I only have a few that I put in the first spring, but they have not self seeded here. The garden is just bursting into life now, so many things to look forward to.
I don't think she meant they were self-seeded... I think she meant that they didn't make it to the intended recipients... ;):p

Greenbee - is that the blank canvas finished for the garden? Have you decided on a final plan yet?
Yes, it is finished. Want to come round (with any of the other green fingered flyladies who can help out) and help me work out what to do with it?

We have been to get passport photos done this morning - three renewals and one new one to get before we even think about paying to go away .
hope you managed to get decent photos. My renewal has been delayed because I haven't managed to get a photo I'm prepared to live with for 10 years yet! But I must do it this week.

Suppose I should do a bit more cleaning, and then I need to go shopping :(

Greenbee - I think Serena is closest? I am hopeless at design because I think in words. I have some lovely sample garden plan books I could send to you that may help?

I dont like my passport photo but I doubt I will use it that often. Having to take my glasses off is bad to start with - but no smile, no frown, mouth closed, grey background - who looks ok like that? Not me anyway.

I knew what Dusty meant - you wouldn't believe how fast things can self seed round here!

I have filled another couple of trugs for the green bin, shined the sink and S&S'd the kitchen. Can I please SOMAADFA for a bit now please :p. Is it wine'o'clock yet?

Fedup - the 7 mile walk sounds great. Hopefully getting them decent boots and socks will mean the boys can walk for a bit longer without moaning quite so much.

AnW's Mum :T:T:T:T:T:T WTG master W!!! thats excellent. You will be pleased to know it is only 8 piles now:D Are you going somewhere nice over easter weekend - if its friends then you dont need anything!!

Yes he was pretty pleased as well :) And well done on your piles :p

Easter, yes we are going to see a very good friend and the list of items includes: sleeping bags, toothbrushes, toothpaste, clothes, DS's games and chargers. She is also preparing for a masterclass in her trademark lasagne and wonders if she needs to include a large shallow ovenproof dish on the list!

We could well be up for the second week, either as a day trip or IF I get a towbar in time and can get on the campsite we might even be up there for a few days anyway. Either way count us as possibles please :D

It would be great to meet, at the very least I can see if your A & W are anything like my A & W :D Why don't you PM me the dates that you may be available, and we'll see if we can fix something :j

Just got back from the chair rehearsal, and the soloist who didn;t show on Thursday didn;t show this afternoon either  The concert starts at 7:30, so an Earth Hour at 8:30 and shutting down all the lights might not be so bad :rotfl:

Going to share a pot of tea with DH in the garden :j

Ironing all done, clothes folded, just to be put away, And another basket of stuff to be ironed (because it has sat in a heap for so long).

I've just put the rice on for Tea. I've been led on the sofa since my last post watching Harry Potter with Ds2, he keeps hiding behind the cushions though because he's scared. This is the boy who loves Doctor Who i can't see that this is any scarier than that. I'm feeling a bit tired now so i'm not going to do too much more today. Tomorrow i want to go to the tip and garden centre. I need to repot some more things but have run out of compost. Hopefully they'll have sand as well.
