Mummyand P-oh god hun no wonder you are upset that is horrible-I have no idea about CSA or anothing so have no useful advice but huge hugs for you (not much use I know)
Hope CAB will be able to sort something out for you, they did help Muncki with her debt stuff so fingers crossed. If nothing else it will be somebody to talk to and let off a bit of steam :-(0 -
Hey all! Mabel - I am not sure as far as h&S goes, I thought it was only if you were making the sweets that you had to jump (understandably) through hoops, reselloing no issues but yurs is a bit different. Laugjhing at though of conversation with Trading Standards or whoever it is that woud know the answer:
Mabel: "Hi, I wonder if ou cold help me, I want to make ediible merkins could you tell me what regulations I need to follow?
T S Man: "What is an edible merkin?
Mabel: "er, its a sweet covered merkin to cover up clean shaven lady parts..."
T S Man: " Oh er, let me find out for you...."
That doesn't do it justice (why I write Pres Releases not scripts!) but, can you imagine the look on the TS man's face!!???
lol-hmmm dont think I will be having that conversation...must be one for my PR representative ha ha!0 -
MandP - do they have a record of her saying you have a privte agreement when she decided against the CSA route 2 years ago or did they write to you to say that she had contacted them to say was now a private agreement.
I would have thought they could not ask you for money for the time that she said there was a private agreement but only from the time that she started a new claim because she wasn't happy with the private agreement..
would definitely go to the CAB.
Do you have any receipts for the things you have paid for or any bank statements showing what you have paid?
Have you already ta;lked to CAB about debts and bailiff stuff as they might be able to help with that too as your circumstances are changing.
I would go and do what munchki did. just spill all and let them piece it together and see what they can come up with.

Hi All,
Hope that most are having a good day so far…
Tharris - hello there ***waves***
Sheloves – thanks for the list, and really annoying about the ebay fees… You get really excited until ebay take their cut…
Hope that DS feels better too.
NLID - DCA meh! can't stand them...
MoneyM- got your message. Will mail you back properly... but yeah, just buy it give me the details for the site again... I think I may have deleted my new years resolution was not to let my inbox get to over 100 emails... on average I would have about 1000 emails in my account:eek:
Joey – well done on the blog for your niece.:T
Em – I couldn’t be bothered to watch the debate. I will vote, but I have had weeks of watching the politics show so I am pretty much decided now. As for the troll thing seriously spooky…
Skintbint - ***waves*** glad that you are alright! And well done on your total too!!!
Saucy – tried to PM you but you inbox is full my lovely. I just wanted to say the blog is really good. The site redesign of the main website looks fantastic – I think that strong pink works really well. So, well done you for getting it together!!! I think it looks excellent.
Jo – good news about your nephew! Glad that his new business is going well.:T
Hales – Hi Hales hope that you are well - and I faithfully promise to turn some of that commitments list green.
[FONT="]MummyandP – Big hugs to you it seems like you are having a terrible time of it at the moment. Don’t worry about the essay writing… it is a lot to carry with you and better out than in. And problems always seemed to be helped with this thread. Mambury and Nixi have given some great advice already – but you need to get some official help pronto. There is no reason why you should be reduced to the way you are currently living because of this woman. I wish I had more helpful advice – but I am sure the others will have it covered. Massive hugs to you.
As for me just some blogging to do...
Some design work to start...
and a website to finish (or two, or three)
Completely aside did anyone watch four weddings on Living last night... CAR CRASH TELLY!
