nolongerindenial,
have you thought about writing an easy guide to seo -save £££ on services - learn trade secrets from SEO professional secure ebook type thing. Sell it for maybe £20 ago directly through a site which you promote, offer people the chace to affiliate it but not re-sell. Give them enough info to get started but allow for a sequel ??
sorry if I'm thinking random thoughts again.
Yes I have thought seriously about that, unfortunately whilst SEO is a great skill I have, My written english can be described at best, as completely and utterly poor
Anyone who has read my posts so far must see that :rotfl:
I have all of the material from an SEO Guide I coauthered somewhere for hte now defunct company, however it needs a lot of work to make it gel together and read as if there was one author.
If I was to affiliate it, I would offer 50% commissions to those that generated sales on the £25 book, giving a lot of people the ability to earn a lot of money whilst I can sit back and work on ensuring it stays current.£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

nolongerindenial I am wondering if there is an exception to the 2 way thing if say it is a local business linking to other relevant local services. eg my nephew's dog walking business doing reciprocal links with local pet shops etc. this would then be more about reaching potential customers who are likely to use those services than page ranking etc.
Hi Jo,
You are not talking about recirpocal links for SEO purposes in this instance, and as such this may proove benefitical to both parties. I have spoken solely on a technical front of SEO in the case of my posts£4142.49/ £131,795.91 - 3.14% paid off or only £129,608.80 to go!

that sounds like a plan, I'm sure someone said they like proofreading on here, you would be doing each other a service, one learning seo, the other getting a book proof read and corrected.
If only we all lived in a utopian world where favours were the currency, and you were paid in thanks and kindness.
Right, definitely still have the effects of the amitryptiline in my system. Must reduce the dribble I spout.Would like to: Retire at 54. 19yrs .Clear mortgage by 50. 16yrs. Thanks nolongerindenial I see the difference now that you mention it. Think it is worth pointing out though as some of the less techy of us may think 2 way links are always a bad thing when in fact they do have uses but not in an SEO way.
Thanks for making the distinction clear to me.

Nixi - my magic trick is Word, I normally have it open when I do my morning post and write my responses to the dribble I missed at night... and alakazam. I started using Word when reading this thread as although I use the links that Joey has. Someone might have given some good advice related to what I am working on - so I save it. Like the ideas for the wedding show that you gave me a while back, copied and saved the whole post.10K 2010 challenge £3202.59/£10000
