Can we have a ringtone when a message arrives.

I noticed in the techie thread that it only seems to have 1 page. This is a bit of a nuisance as if your post just drops off and you need to go back to it it's not easy to do it. I had to go to a different thread and look for something else I'd wrote click on my name and look at past posts

1} Can we have the correct pages in techie threads and any other threads if it's the same in any others

2) Can we have some way of checking our profile and past posts easily

Have to say though the site is really so good, much improved, we are so lucky to have it and thankyou so much

If it's not just om my PC can we have the box with links on the LH side moved so that the posts all fit on the page

I'm not sure what you mean re one page. If you scroll down underneath the board, have you got your display options set to show (eg.) more than one day or two days?

I have never had this problem, could it be a setting you can change (sorry don't know what though!)?

Only setting the user can change makes the print too small for me, there is a problem with this for a lot of users.

What they mean by one page is ,if you go into say the marriage board at the top right hand side it says

pages 1 to 15

but in the techie board there isn't anything there ,so where did page 1/2/3/4/5/go.............the techie board isn't that new is it

There are no page older than the first one:D

On the Telephone Boards, Nations and Vent trio (possibly others too) can we have easy access to the other boards when we are in one of them without having to hit the back button to the "main" board, please.

I think we're talking about two issues here.

Lady K and others are talking about the number of pages that they can see on a board. At the bottom of boards you can change "display options" to choose how many pages you get displayed.

The other issue seems to be the posts actually fitting width wise on the page. I don't know who has to change the settings for this, I haven't had a problem using Mozilla Firefox (if that's anything to do with it).
