    Obay, do you realise that when any offspring resulting from your donation reaches the age of 18 they will be able to know who you are and seek you out?

    And they will use your sperm to produce 10 children.

    Imagine 19/20 years from now, you're settled down, married with children of your own and you start getting all these strangers knocking on your door wanting to meet their "biological" dad? Imagine the horror of discovering one of your children is dating one of your "other" children EEK!

    No one can go into something like this for the money, thats just wrong. If anyone even fleetingly considers this, do it for the right reasons, do it because you want to help a childless couple somewhere. Be proud of it and tell everyone that will be affected by it, that means any future partners whom you may eventually settle down with. The repercussions of doing this are huge.

    No one should look at their sperm/eggs as a commodity. You are giving the gift of life, the most precious gift anyone could ever give and not everyone has that gift bestowed upon them for whatever reason.

    With the greatest of respect I'd want alot more than £250 for some doctor to go digging around my foof for eggs.

    Like Poo said - if ever I thought this was something I wanted to do it would be to help somebody I really really cared about.
    Debt Free Day - November 1st 2011 - would be a fantastic Christmas that year ((Fingers crossed I can do it)):D

    If we all stood together and threw our problems up in the air - we would rather catch our own again than somebody elses :A

    Still, if anyone was paying off a debt on their "Egg card", it would be fitting in a strange sorta way.
