im on the phone now on hold. but the thing is i gave in to the temptation when i rang in earlier that i would pay £60 for the hd box that they offered, they are going to come and fit tomorrow. what do i do now? tell him to refund that money back and get a new date for this offer?

Do you mean they had offered you a deal but you had to pay £60 which you agreed and was given a date for installation i.e. tommorow, but then you you have rang yet again and got it completely free??????

I just rang and all they offered me was free HD box but £60 to install and £10 per month. They said that offer ends TOMORROW (26th march) and then you will have to pay for the box.
I said a friend of mine got it for free box, free instillation and free HD package for 6 month but the women said that offer has run out0 -

i rang to cancel it because all of you were getting it free and i felt left out:D i tried my luck again and got it, but it will take a week to get the £60 cancellation off my acount. the lady told me to ring after a week, shes written it on thier system and they will process it straight away. :j
i will be getting it a week late but thats fine as long as i d get it. she did assure me that i will deffo get it!:j:j:j:)

Phoned up second attempt last night, no problems, free HD box, free installation and 12 months free. Very friendly guy who did not hesitate. If you want this deal then just go ahead and phone, know what you want and go for it, do not hestitate. If you are confident you will get it eventually.

Again was given no mention of the offer. They even had a log of the call I had made earlier !!
This is ridiculous. If Sky have an offer or are willing to cut some prices then why do we have to go through this silly game all the time. We are ALL customers of theirs.
