Thanks to the OP! Just got off the phone to Sky and got free HD+ box, free install and HD pack free for a year! It took 2 calls but the second one put me through to a welsh girl who took less than 2 minutes to ok it! From reading this thread it seems the Welsh call centre is the one who will do it. Thanks once again OP!:j

Hmmmmm - and when I have called them 3 days ago, I was told I can get "half price installation" at £30. NO good, no good.

I am an existing customer, have SKY in one room, asked them for multiroom and HD - HD would be going to the existing tely, old SKY box to another telly (so multiroom).

They said they will do it for 30 installation charge, 10 extra per month for "multiroom" and 10 extra per month for HD.

Asked them to call me back tomorrow - good I did, looking at all the good deals everyone got......

Thanks everyone for posting - will fight for my freebies or.. will not take it at all.

I asked them about this. The programs will stay on the box, you can just connect it to another tv and watch them. The one thing you can't do is transfer them from your sky+ box to the hd box.
