I tried last week with no joy, then said that I had a message left on my answering machine as baove this morning and hey presto being installed next week. Free new HD box, free install, free 12 months subs.

I don't have the movies either but on the letter I got it said I would get it as I have sky sports hth

or
You would just get the HD channels minus the movie ones?

I rang on Friday saying wife had been phoned but didn't understand the offer. They told me to get lost.

I rang again this morning on the 0800 0466 432 and was successful. They are coming Tuesday with HD, free instal and free for 12 months.

Just phoned up and did the same but had to call twice.

My first time I was told you only get offers if you answer the phone?!?!? and I should start answering my phone if I want to take up the deals, I asked to speak to a supervisor as I was not happy by the way he spoke to me and was told no, you only speak to me and I should answer my phone.

He wouldn't budge, so I hung up and called again, got a lovely lady who said, I can't see it on your account but give me a minute, went to speak to the manager and got it authorised :j:j:j

Its getting installed on Friday. Thanks sooo much op and BB34 for helping me.

just recieved in the post my contract so will be having it fitted sat morning:j:j

did mine online and got free box, hd, and installation and 1/2 price sky for 12 months and £50 m&s voucher. also being tracked on quidco £120 so we will see what happens there

Just for info.... I don't think it matters what package you are on as I only hav ethe basic channel package, no movies, or sports!

quidco paid out no probs for me last may @£120, plus there was also a £25 tesco gift card thing when you signed up, i ended up ecievibg 3, at first i thought it was an error, then someone suggested thatit was probably because i ordered Tv, phone and braodband so got 1 for each.

Hi, I take it you are a new customer. I e-mailed sky this week, twice, and they basically told me to get stuffed. I argued that existing customers are mainly bottom of the list when good deals are around and that new customers get all the good deals. Perhaps I should cancel with them and set up in my partners name.
