I think they must be nearing the end of their quota on numbers for this offer, as i have just spoken to them and the best offer thay could do was free HD box, £60 installation and £10 per month for HD subscription!

I said no thanks as I was offered free box & free install 2 weeks ago, when I called up with a technical issue on my sky+ box. (I didn't take it as I thought the problems with my SKy+ box would be fixed (which they aren't). He said they could re-listen to that conversation and would honor the free install, if that was what I was offered butI'd still have to pay out the £10 per month hd subscription....even though i told him I don't have an HD tv!! :think:

Just phoned, said I had a voicemail left offering free HD box, free install, and 12 months free subs. The person on the phone had to get authorisation from their manager, but he agreed and it's being installed next week! Happy!:j:j:j:j

What number and dept did you ring? Did they ask you for the person's name who left voicemail?

I rang 08442 411 442 then pressed 0 to go through to HD dept. Didn't ask for any information about the messageother than how long I had been offered free subs for!:beer:
