Well done sallyx's DD, mine helped me make up our plastic Wilk0's greenhouse last weekend - I agree with our children being our world, I really can't imagine life without my little DD.

Well done hypno on the amazing job today You're a superstar! I've been thinking of painting the spare room for months but can find every excuse under the sun not to do it, lol.

I've got a long way to go before it is done - and there are plenty more rooms in the house that need doing too......I am hoping that by doing the smaller rooms first, it will inspire me to do the main rooms as the year goes by, and that in 12 months time the whole house will be a lot brighter and fresher.

No Hypno post yet, and it's 07:30, so hope you slept well.

10p's only on scratchies, but nice surprise on the V account, discovered OH had won £10 in a free bingo game, so did a withdrawal. Also discovered another £5 amazon voucher code in an email from a free bingo site

Hope the DIY goes smoothly today Hypno, and not too many aches from moving the wardrobe.

Just checked the newspaper thread the Cafe Rouge 2 for 1 on main courses is in again, also La Tasca 50% off tapas to share. Quite a few other deals in newspapers today so might be worth people checking the thread for cheap days out and meals.

I ache (unsurprisingly) from moving wardrobes etc yesterday, and my legs are black and blue - delightful!

I am also full of a cold.....typical *wheres that flippin roll eyes smiley when you need it?*

BUT I have a room that needs doing, and I am not afraid to do it. So am giving myself a couple of hours to drink coffee, mooch on MSE do my matched bets etc......then will get painting that ceiling. By the end of the day I need the ceiling done, and a decision made on which colour leftover paint I will use for the walls.

Scratches to do first - hope you all have a good day!

A long soak in the bath might ease the aches a bit, and the steam might help the cold too.
