Sounds like a good plan with the neutral colours and you can always had splashes of colour that you find stimulating etc with accessaries.

Se999 i envy you Lucerne is lovely you just brought back some wonderful memories.

Yep Hypno perfect bank holiday weather here too. Perfect in that it's Wales on a bank holiday so what are we famous for...YEP! You've guessed it torrential rain but at least I got back from town before it started. Especially as I really didn't want to go in the first place.

The sun has come out, so I will get changed out of my painting clothes and walk into the village to get a copy of the Telegraph for the cafe rouge voucher......and to be back in time to do the next matched bet.

Then I might start on the painting again.........just in case it needs two coats, in which case I can get a head start on myself. The tin says one coat, but you never know......!

I've got half an hour to mooch on here, and have a coffee, then place my next matched bet at 5.30 and then off to start painting again.....

Hope you are all having a good day x

So far so good, BTD, but a long way to go......and lots of "displaced stuff" happening in the process which will all need sorting through and finding new homes for before the job is completed!

By the end of the weekend, though, I should be starting to see some sort of organisation happening!!

Just stopping (again) for a coffee and to do my matched bet. I am pleased with the colour - def better than the lilac. It could get away with just one coat, but would look much better with two, so I will carry on this evening, and see if I can get one coat on all the way round, and can then do the second coat and poss the skirting tomorrow.

Then on Monday, I can start bringing in the furniture and working out where things will go best, with the pictures hung accordingly!

And all for no money spent :money::money::money:

Ah well, matched bet went against me - 3 goals in about 8 mins when you are trying to match in-play really does not work!!

So, £3.20 loss all in, but still slightly in profit on the day, so no harm done!
