Well, for me, this time round is completely different, because immediately after OH announced he was leaving, I lost my appetite immediately. Then when I started to feel like eating a bit more, I went more or less straight into WW, for that very reason......eat sensible portions while I have been used to eating nothing, rather than eating sensible portions immediately after eating bigger amounts, which could then leave me feeling hungry (if that makes sense!).

So, I came at it from a completely different angle this time round, which is not something that I could have done before. What I can say, though, is that since being on WW I've not felt hungry, and because I can still have snacks, as long as they are within my points, I can usually manage to get sufficient treats to make me feel as though I am not being deprived.

If I do have a day when I feel "hungry", it is generally because I am bored.....or like the other day when I relieved tescos of almost its full supply of kitkats - emotional or boredom reasons, rather than real "hunger" reasons.

Well, I gave in and went to bed for an hour and a half.....but I still feel so lousy it is unbelievable. I hope it is just tiredness.....but I can't remember the last time I have given in and gone to bed in the daytime, except when I have been properly ill!

I've managed to pick up a website based mystery shop for this afternoon - £6 for half an hour's work or so, which will make up for the fluffed up bet....

I've just had another 2 hours sleep on top of the extra hour I had yesterday in the middle of Harry Potter.... then again, every joint was aching and I think I got bored with waiting for the painkillers to kick in. I read something last week on t'internet about sleeping: ideally, as our sleep rhythm is in 90 minute cycles, we should go to bed to wake at the end of one of those cycles and not set the alarm to go off in the middle. So, if you're a 5 cycle person, the theoretical ideal, that's 7 1/2 hours plus a bit extra for going to sleep in the first place...

I can hear MSE land yelling yeah, right, chance would be a fine thing:rotfl:Well, it was on t'internet so accept or reject at your will:D

Hypno, you do have something nice planned for the end of the tax year, yeah?

My children are with their Dad over Easter, so I have a few days to myself.....completely and absolutely......and very necessary. Then I have the rest of the week off work. We have a trip to London planned, with the Science Museum, and a visit to my Nana, plus the usual mystery shopping etc.

So, yes, if I get through these next four days, I can start to catch up with myself!

Hypno, have you thought of doing a home spa day on one of your free days? I'd actually got a book on doing a diy one written by one of the Beauty Bible people, unfortunately it's on loan to a friend at the moment.

Thought I'd better pop on and see how you are doing. All this talk of food is making me feel hungry!

Hope you have got some nice treat things to do over Easter. Did you buy the bag in the end? I know you bought some clothes but wasn't sure - it was lush.....

My intention is to do flylady Mon-Thurs to get the house tip top ready for me to enjoy the space on Friday.

I won't have the car (we still only have one between us, so whoever has the children also has the car) so I will be nicely confined to the house, and walking/cycling if the weather is nice, so that will be fab too.

I have plenty of bath smellies, etc, so a home spa day, in a clean and tidy house, could be on the agenda!

Am currently roasting some veggies to make a chunky pasta 0 point pasta sauce, which will do me tonight and plenty for the freezer too. I managed to get some individual tubs from Tescos for next to no money, which will nicely store 1 person sized amounts of sauce which I can use either at home or at work.

I really want to get sorted, and to stay sorted. Not much to ask is it :rotfl:

IMD I didn't buy the bag - I bought the coats instead......the bag will have to wait because I also did car insurance :o

The bag is still on my "capsule wardrobe must have" list which is sitting in my matched betting book.....so I will get it one day (hopefully when I get my bonus!).
