It really is constant, isn't it. I hope today goes well after that initial setback.

Could you not just use that £25 balance for some of your food shopping over the next week or so rather than go through the rigmarole of trying to get it refunded??

  • Hi Hypno, agree with Pooky re CC. I'm wondering about CB too now you come to mention it. My eldest finishes in November anyway but youngest has another couple of years as things stand ( hmm, wonder if he's still skinny enough to stick up a chimney or two...) hope today's a good one x

Apparently they are coming along nicely but won't be finished today, so they are coming back tomorrow as well. DD is there on tea-making duty.....

Hypno, if it was a DD can you not cancel it today - money should be refunded in a day or so via DD guarantee?

When virgin did that to me it only took a couple of days after I phoned them for it to be back in my account.
Watch for their next trick as well...I cancelled my DD after paying them off and they had a cheek to charge £12 the following month due to a failed DD..idiots that they are.
