    Hello  Hypno

I can only echo whay many others have said. No wonder you are emotional with everything that has happened. Under 10k from 100k a few years ago is amazing so dont forget that. Im sure the feeling will pass and you will keep going even if you have to slow down a tad its still progress.

Didnt know you were without a WM  just a few days without one here is a nightmare. Piles of clothes everywhere and for me a stressy OH who is the one who deals with it (I just have to find the cash!). The day the WM is fixed he will wash ALL day and the next until its cleared even though we still have clothes available.

I remember those twin tubs as a kid and my mum spending the day washing!

Macgirl - I was beside myself with glee when I got a tumble dryer - felt positively decadent!

Hypno - I love the first house, it is beautiful! And my don't you get a lot for your money around there!

Hope you have happier pants on today :)

PS As my mum says - you don't need someone to beat you, you do such a fantastic job yourself!!

I disagree: water can always boil in a pan on the stove, but it's much harder to wash clothes! ;) There are few things worse than a broken washing machine, and I'm glad to hear that yours is up and running again.

bleurgh - spent too much time awake in the night doing that awful thing "over-thinking"......bah!

Still, it is Friday, so if I can get through work today, I can collapse in a heap when I get home.

Hope you all have a good day. Enjoy the sunshine if you can!

    Hi Hypno,

Lovely sunny day today and TGIF! Redmadcurls - happy pants idea made me laugh - think I will need to look thro underwear drawer and nominate some to be 'happy pants' :rotfl:!

Take care and be kind to yourself today - and I was missing the property !!!!!! so glad to see that back. Loved the first house most but could not manage no parking especially as now DS has a car and DD -shortly to return - also will be buying a car - can see neighbours loving us mving in!

Hope you have something nice to look forward to this weekend. I read Maeve Haran's Froth and Cappuccino - |How small pleasures can save your life recently - good to dip in and out of when needed
