I'm alright there - am already 8.5 points in credit as I have done a fair bit of exercise, and not eaten my full allowance in the last couple of days. I think a bottle of wine is 7 points.
Perfect

Enough - but am trying to be very good and cut down on the snacking in between meals because they account for way too many of my points!

When my daughter was little, I had a twin tub. I lost count of the times I put the hose into it to fill it and then forgot about it! I lived above a shop in those days and they had to run up and tell me water was pouring through the ceiling!!OD [STRIKE] £2600 [/STRIKE] £0 :j Loan [STRIKE]£9500.00[/STRIKE] £0 :j Car [STRIKE]£3150[/STRIKE] £0 :j Moving Costs [STRIKE]£1300[/STRIKE] £0 :j Savings £1150 :j

Oh... is there a "Good Snack" that is also WW friendly?? I can see that some days it might be more beneficial to have something to eat throughout the day (3 meals as 5 snacks) so you aren't adding to stress but, on the other hand, if snacking in quantity while stressed is the main cause of weight gain... and you want to break that habit....
I'll come back to this one later. I think I'll go up in a puff of logic if I don't!‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.
