Well done hypno!Fab being under 10k!

I hope your focus will rub off on me. I've been bit loose with money recently and I need to tighten my grip again, because I do want to be able to pay my debts off by end of next year. Bit of indulging is ok, but then one needs to get back on track.

Congrats for getting sub 10k Hypno...:) x

Thanks guys - although true to form the "next milestone blues" have kicked in and I have spent most of the morning avoiding people because I can't stop crying.

Keep telling myself not to be stupid, think of taxi and all she is going through and that my concerns are nothing in comparison, etc etc, but why is it that this wave of crapness keeps washing over me like this. I hate it, yet can't seem to snap out of it, or brush it away.

Still, it will pass in a couple of days and all will be well.

In other news, I was pleased that I lost another half lb at WW, taking me to 10st 1.5lbs. Another area of my life where I really need to maintain the focus - I certainly don't want to undo all that hard work at this stage.

Hope you are all having a good day x

Well done on weight loss as well! You're doing really well and you know it, but it's natural to feel down after a great achievement, because you just have to keep going on! You'll get there though!

Good stuff losing another 1/2 lb. Sorry you're feeling weepy, but as you say you know that it happens and why and won't last long.

Hugs till it passes and keep breathing.

I'll be in Norwich tomorrow visiting a friend so will look out of bus windows and wave manically if i see you. So don't worry if you see a mad woman making wild gesticulations....
