A smidgen over 10 stone is just fine se! Well done - I hope to be there too in a few weeks......although I feel I have stayed the same this week, which I suppose is ok, given the fact that I have eaten out a couple of times at the ski club this week which means I was "guestimating" points and ingredients!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. For me there seem to be psychological barriers in weight loss at the stone and half stone markers, current priority is just to get below the 10 stone and then make sure I don't go above it again.
Hope your weigh in goes well tomorrow Hypno.0 -
Yes, I am the same with the barriers, se......When I got below 11 stone this time, I vowed that I would not go above it again. Hopefully the same will happen as I go down a few lbs over the coming months. I do really want to be below 10stone and have that as my "not going above" level from there.

do you allow yourself some wind down time before going to bed??
20-30 mins with a book ,or just sitting in a quiet room??
do you have problems with your sinuses ?
or is it just all the stress....?

I guess I'd be thinking that getting the house into shape as I went would be the wtg if I wanted to sell in a few years to buy the dream house.
