    Happy 21st Surfbabe's DS.

Well done on the 'damage limitation' Hypno.

    Well done Beanie.

An incredibly boring day here, going through hundred's of pages on Rightmove, got a rough cut saved of properties in Cornwall & Devon, hope I can keep the impetus up and manage 2 more counties tomorrow. OH normally helps cut the numbers down once I do the first sort, which helps a lot. It should be exciting, but been looking for somewhere for too long!! Search agents cost a fortune, so it's definitely money saving for me to do it :)

Thanks guys.....I am glad I got back on the WW wagon when I did rather than wait until I went back to work.

Although it was sabotaged somewhat today - a colleague asked if we wanted ice creams, so I gave him money for a Solero (1 point).....he came back having forgotten I wanted a Solero and got me a Maltesers ice cream which came out at 5.5 points. And of course its not like a chocolate bar or a pack of crisps which you can put in a drawer for another day.....so I had to, just had to, eat it.....I will be back within my points if I earn a few skiing this evening.....

Matched bet done for a fiver profit.....nothing much else going on in my life.....my house is a tip (bless the school holidays) and I have to remember to buy cat food this evening otherwise I will have a hungry kitty come morning time!

Hope you have all had a good day!

I put it down to the fact that I had a padded bra on today - had I had a different one on, I may have lost the other half lb :rotfl:

Solero.......... yummmy - I prefer them to the icecream you had!

Glad that cutting down on caffeine is helping. I have coffee during the day and decaf from about 6pm that works for me.

Well, considering I probably have a dozen cups of coffee before 6pm, I am not surprised that the cutting out of caffeine is helping!

I would have been a little disappointed, to say the least, if I felt no difference!

Good - it is nice when you find something that helps with the sleep. Are you taking anything vitamin wise to help rebalance your body?
