Well, have been weighed and am very pleased that I have lost 3.5 of the 4lbs I put on last week, so I almost caught up with myself! Am now back on track so aiming to lose and be aiming for those shoes again over the coming weeks

Hypno, 3.5lb is fantastic, thats hard to lose that amount so you've done really well. Its great that your attitude to putting a few pounds on was positive and pro active rather than a cue to forget it and get back to old habits.
Has the change in eating helped boost your energy any?0 -
Well, it is hard to tell - I am eating better, not drinking caffeine, sleeping a bit better and had 12 days off work.......all of which will contribute to me having more energy.
I do generally feel better, so will try and stick with the healthy eating and a bit of exercise - for the time being at least!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Well done Hypno - I must get back into the habit of either swimming or the gym - really worried about my eyes though in the water - DS went last week and his eyes were dreadful afterwards.
Need to loose at least 14lbs but preferably 20lbs.
DS is 21 today so going out for a meal tonight then taking him and all his stuff back to Uni tomorrow then he is coming back with me as has some thing on at the weekend at the Woolwich Arsenal !!!
Have a good rest of the day xxx0 -
