indeed, beanie - if I get to the end of the week feeling the same, then I will be more than happy. Day one done and dusted........
And I have stayed off the caffeine, and I am within (just) my points for the day, so have done alright on several levels.
All I need now is to get a good night's sleep. Seemples :rotfl:

Any audio books...10 minutes and I'm zonko. But as I also listen to them in the car luckily it doesn't work while moving!:A Let us be grateful to people who make us happy: they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom. Marcel Proust :A0 -
Phew finally caught up that will teach me to go AWOL - like the new handbag - have a bone to pick with you lot all the talk of handbags and clothes set me wondering I don't shop only when absolutely necessary and when I find something that vaguely fits buy it in all available colours and then wear it until it wears out and never had a thing about handbags or shoes - but whilst I was in Cardiff thought I would look at bags to see what all the fuss is about - and wow some of them are really lovely - then I had a look at the clothes after all you couldn't wear just any old clothes with a nice bag- decided I wouldn't know where to start - so a good job they wouldn't fit me anyway - but if I ever get rid of this weight I shall be shopping - but will need lots of help
So now dreaming about clothes - wonders will never cease - sorry I am rambling.

Morning all.
DT, in the last 10 years I have hardly bought any clothes other than tee shirts from primark, but decided, in my quest to "re-discover me" that I should ditch some of the old stuff, find my "real" weight (ie the one I want to be not the one I find myself at), and buy a few quality items that will make me look and feel less of a "frump". So the handbag is all part of that. And my shirts from Lewins arrived yesterday which are all fab, so I am sorted in the work-shirt department now, and that box on my capsule wardrobe list has been duly ticked.
Off to bank and scratch....fingers crossed for a miracle somewhere along the line!

Hi, DT I'm like you normally, but realised If I plan the shopping instead of the last minute panic to get something that 'will do', I can forward plan and have time to get nicer things that fit better, and hopefully bargains too.
Not sure how much weight you want to lose, but when I was on my 'big weight loss' - I did buy one dress/outfit that fitted when I went down each dress size, it made it so that I had something that made me look and feel better about myself, which helped me stick to the diet.0 -
Good morning Hypno,
Pleased to hear that the shirt blouses are nice.
Scratchies done, the normal gold fish, but one 25p on V.
Hope everyone has a good day.0 -

Just for today/this lunch time, I gave up on my healthy eating regime and ate a lovely chorizo burger at GBK, because I will be moved to a different work place/position and I don't want to go, plus my line manager paid for it so I didn't spend any money.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0

If you didn't pay for it, then it must also be free of calories, fat, syns and points
I hope you enjoyed it.
I have stuck to my diet today, even managing to fit in a blueberry muffin which a colleague had baked for her birthday. I have also sort of promised macgirl that I will go for a run after work, and so far I haven't come up with any good reason not to
