I still ache :o I feel so daft! As you say, Nargle, 12 months ago I had reason to ache.....this year I have plodded very slowly round the block :o

Ah well, I'll improve with time......and I will be fit once more!

short bird, yes, am still off the caffeine - not even a cup first thing in the morning. I've been drinking decaff all morning at the ski club, much to the amusement of my caffeine drinking race mum colleagues.......I have made a conscious effort to increase the amount of water I have been drinking too - still nowhere near enough, but certainly better than it was, and something to get into the habit of.

We were talking about cooked breakfasts today, and I really fancied one, but then thought better of it because of the points.....but then as we had to buy bacon and sausages etc, I bought WW ones (no more expensive than the ones we normally buy, surprisingly enough, and have just had for lunch:

    2 x sausages, 2 x bacon, 2 x eggs, baked beans and grilled tomatoes :D

The whole thing was 9 points, which is a huge amount, but considering how much I enjoyed it and how stuffed I feel now, I think it will happily see me through the rest of the day, and I will only need soup or something later on. If I had the non-WW stuff it would have been 16 points for the same thing, so I certainly would have felt narked with myself if I had done that!

Not something I will do every day, but certainly a nice treat for a Sunday :D

I also managed to get a fairly good whoopsie haul in Morrisons. I only had the cash in my pocket so couldn't buy too much, but managed to get a good amount for the money that I had with me, including 200g Kenco decaf for 99p :T

Yes, I got them in Morrisons.....you get 6 for just over £2, so comparable with others.

I didn't have high expectations for them, but actually they were not bad at all, and I would certainly be happy enough to buy them again.

am having roasted veggies and cous cous for dinner......then I will have run out of points for the day.

1 WW point is not bad at all. The WW own ones are 1.5 each.

I thought I'd post the info on here as loads of people read your thread and there are people on SW and WWs.
Thanks for doing the link as I'm no good at that sort of thing.

Working tomorrow evening, so that is out. Wednesday I am skiing, and Saturday sees the return of the summer ski circuit.......

But I could do Tuesday and either Thursday or Friday?
