They're not painful in that post-LM way, but they are definitely very uncomfortable! I am hoping that a good walk today will ease them a bit. They are too achey for me to consider a run - I think I would get to the end of the road then give up, although perhaps later on this evening I might give it a go.

Compared to your aches, though, mine are quite pathetic, I'm sure! I feel a bit of a fraud even mentioning mine :o

Good morning Hypno - do you realise it is a whole year since you did the Marathon? Talk about time flying....and of course lots of water under the bridge since then but here you are now, lovely spring weather outside, a revamped and decluttered haven inside, on track with getting fitter and losing weight, on track with debt clearing plans.....lots to be content about despite recent events. Let's hope the fine spell stays for a while, I am sick of having nothing but snow (started week before Christmas) followed by wind and rain for weeks and weeks on end. After tackling my ironing mountain this morning I plan to continue tidying the garden, cutting back dead stuff etc. Have a good day.

Hypno, are you still not drinking coffee??
Are you drinking plenty of water while you're off work?
I know I'm preaching to the converted but, if there's any sort of water retention issues, then you may find a weight loss over the next few days... you'll get rid of whatever you've retained when your body knows there's enough water about:D
